Stuck in drive thru ATM because its designed so you cant exit and there is a long line. 11:17 AM I arrive. 10:56 AM called en route to ask if I could place breakfast order that I was 22 min away but on my way and really wanted TB breakfast. Helen the manager said she would hold it for me and said goodbye without taking my order so I stupidly assumed she would just keep breakfast open. Arrive and am told that they stop serving breakfast at 11 am, I know thats why I called to place an order granted my order wasnt taken but having worked fast food I figured Helen knew how to keep the breakfast station open long enough to take my order when I got there. So I went out of my way as my destination for morning was Swartz creek Meijer, to get TB, called ahead, wasnt served when I got there and had to go through the horrible parking lot to the store for nothing. I would say this is 50% my fault and 50% Helens. I was able to type this whole review while waiting in the drive thru line.

Every time me an my girlfriend go here the level of ignorance is outrageous. How hard is it to look at a screen an put every item listed into the bag. An check it before you give it to a customer. Not only do they not include all our ordered items. They always make sure to include my nachos belgrande, cool thanks for remembering it, but since we have to pull back around everytime through the drive through because of the inability to read a screen an give us all our food. My nachos are a soggy mess when i goto eat them. EVERY TIME. I shouldnt have to drive out of my way to goto a different location. The managers or owners need to address the fact their hired employees cant do the simplest of tasks. Do not go here if you want everything you order!!!!!

It was TERRIBLE! We were in the drive-thru line for a TOTAL of 25 mins and you cant get out of line and leave because there is a curb! I have ordered, eaten and left quicker than that at a sit-down restaurant. This was on a Sunday at 9:00 pm. Hardly a busy time! When I said something to the cashier, when we FINALLY got up to the window, about the wait and he said he would take my money, give me my food and I could just leave the premises and not come back! I was STUNNED! This location is ALWAYS slow AND rude. Taco Bells reputation will certainly suffer from this kind of service!

Those who complain about the drive thru, well if you werent a complete idiot, youd see a line and know that it will take time. You dont know the situation on the inside either. Could be short staff, or the fact that multiple orders of 15 items or more will take time. Do not complain if you are one of those people. We all make mistakes, so if something is messed up, it will get fixed if you say something. But dont come criticizing this store when we all have made simple mistakes.

Our order was wrong again, it really gets a bit old every time we go in there. I ordered sour cream on my Mexican pizza, didnt get it. Then my daughter ordered no tomatoes on her nacho bell grande, still had them on there. Also the amount of toppings on her nacho was like they were about to run out and were stretching what they did have. Its not like we were in the drive thru, we came in, why is it so hard to get an order correct??

Time and time again the worst Taco Bell I have been to.Every time the order is either packaged incorrectly or takes forever, yet I continued to give them another chance. Myself and several others waited in the drive thru line for nearly 20 minutes only to find taco meat that was actually cold in my tacos. That will be my last visit to the Swartz Creek location.

Seriously just got my food back after drive thru and it all had sour cream on it yet again! Every single time I go to this Taco Bell they ALWAYS mess up my order somehow. Worst Taco Bell in the area when it comes to paying attention. Im done going there. I would rather drive to get food than go here...

Single rest rooms very unfortable had 5 people waiting and could barely walk through two were employees. You need a remodel to accomodate your customers.Not to mention dirty looks ftom the employees. The fpod was great.

Been going to this taco Bell once every couple weeks since they opened. Used to be very good and fast. Food is still quality but wait time has increased significantly in the past few months. Great store overall.

Its a usually clean store. However they never seem to have any of the special food items that the other taco bells do. The food is always made subpar. Service is sometimes acceptable depending on whos working.

Just spent over 20 minutes in the drive through. Normally I would have bailed when it becomes clear that no one must be working.. but the drive through locks you in. If you see a long line, beware..

Over 40 minutes wait in the drive thru. From 6:30 until 7:10. Once you are in line you cant pull away. Ever heard screwed through the drive thru? They said sorry. Woopee dooo!
