Ive been a lot of places and had a lot of different experiences, and by far the is was the worst I have ever had. We got to the restaurant late as we had been out all day (around 10:30). Tired and hungry we came in and asked for a booth. This was probably the only bright spot of the night. The hostess was on top of her game and very gracious. When we arrived we realized that there was an MMA fight in so there would probably be some delay as it was busy. Our hostess went over to our waitress (which was starting to clean the booth that we asked to be sat in) and asked her to clean it up as soon as possible as there was a couple waiting to be sat. With that the hostess came back to sit other people that were coming in, our waitress or soon to be waitress conveniently walked away, without finishing the table. She disappeared, in fact, she was gone for such a long period of time the hostess had to go looking for her. Once our waitress came back it took her another 10 minutes to clean the table. Her comment to us, was that she was a really good cleaning. After 20 minutes of waiting we were finally sat. We placed an order of buffalo dip, and asked her to come back to order drinks, as we have not figured out what we wanted. After another 20 minute wait, our waitress came back and took our order. We asked for margaritas, but we wanted to see how much it would be to switch the type of tequila in the strawberry margarita. We were told that we would have to pay full price for the margarita and then buy separately a shot of Patron if thats what we wanted. So basically we were paying for margarita mix at full price of a drink with tequila in it and then paying for a shot of Patron. We decided to go with a margarita the way it was, as it didnt make any sense to pay basically for two drinks for one. The margaritas were a disaster. The frozen margarita was more like a snow cone. When my husband was done drinking the drink there was literally shaved ice left in the cup. Onto the debacle of the food. The Buffalo chicken dip did come out in a timely manner. It was cold. Our wings that we ordered, which is hooters specialty, were under done even though we asked for them to be well done. They also had no sauce on them. Once the waitress came to the table, we asked her to please take the wings back as they were under done and not sauced. She disappeared into the kitchen and came right back with the same wings. They looked as if they had just toss them in sauce and did nothing about the fact that they were under done. At this point we were so annoyed that we attempted to eat them. After eating about a quarter of them, we were officially done. We asked our waitress for the check and a box to go as it was very late and we were still starving. We literally had to take them home and cook them again in our house to be able to eat them. At no point during the time that we were in the restaurant did we find a manager. We did, however seen many employees that were off eating at the restaurant. The only reason we understood that they were off was because the rest of the staffkept coming over and sitting down with them. Now, if there was a manager on stuff what do you think theyd stop this behavior from happening? Nope no manager we never saw one someone... We did get to see him and off-duty waitress eating nerds and then other waitresses coming and taking those nerds from her and eating them as well. One waitress apparently got upset with the person that had the nerds and started during those nerds at her in the middle of the restaurant. Bottom line this was a horrific experience. The wings that I so desperately wanted were terrible even after he went home and tried to fix them. I really wish this wasnt our experience as I happen to really like Hooters wings. I will never be going back to this restaurant and neither will my husband. Period. The restaurant is beautiful, but the rest was horrific. Maybe they should promote their hostess, so she can teach the rest of the staff how to behave and provide good customer service.

First off I will start out by saying Ive waited at least 10 times going before reviewing. Started frequently going there for a new watering hole and hangout near my home and work to support a new spot. Now I see why I never really liked hooters over the last 20+ years. The last several times Ive been the girls behind the bar truly believe theyre gods gift to men when in all actuality most there are a 5 out of 10 at best. Extremely slow service every single time with girls more interested in socializing amongst their friends than a paying customer. Honestly not there to stare at them (if I were if just go to a strip club). I frequent a bar for several things food quality cold drinks served when your glass is empty or getting close and atmosphere. In my opinion which Im certain people will blast off which I dont care this place needs a little humble pie served to themselves. I will however say the open concept with tons of tvs is awesome. When I asked the manager for a survey after my poor service he stated we dont do those anymore. After reading all the negative other reviews I know why. Unfortunately due to sheer volume of the mall location they will thrive with insane profits and the few that do leave poor reviews will go unnoticed.

On their grand opening they had a contest for first 20 people there won free wings for a year. This is the only thing that really keeps me coming back. The food and service will range anywhere from fenominal to horrible. Ive had some waitresses that sit there talk to you and make you feel welcome and some youll be lucky to even get a refill from. I almost always order 1 of 3 different wings and just depending on whos making the sauce and doing the chicken makes a world of difference in the taste. Ive had some spicy garlic wings that are to garlicky and some where you just taste spiciness. Ive been served some meals so hot i couldnt touch em for a few minutes and some meals that are cold by the time they get to me. They cant handle under the pressure of a full store usually and Ive been there when times it was empty but still had crap service. Its really a gamble you take but if its super i packed and i didnt get free wings i wouldnt eat here. Hope the review helps

I really dont want to leave a one star.... I know not all locations are the same but u would want every fanchise to put forth an effort. The food was AWFUL. I order the buffalo shrimps and wings because I went to the location in Marietta (AWESOME) and the food was amazing. Thought I could if it a try here...not. As the chick at the bar was showing my food, I noticed the chicken I ordered was separated. I ordered two favors and they were either all mixed in or only had one of the favors. I asked her about it and she act clueless. That should have been my que to return the food but I kept it and didnt noticed until I go home that the shrimp were all burnt on the bottoms (I thought they were fried so why were they burnt). I would never go back. I should have paid attention to the lack on business they had for the time of evening.
