Never will I go back to this restaurant. There wasnt many places to sit because no one cleaned the tables. There was a line of cars waiting for their food outside and no one was inside eating except me, my husband, and some other person that looked to be about 16 years old. The young guy that looked to be around 16 got his good about 15 to 20 minutes later. He checked his food and went back to the counter where they had given him a completely different order. He ordered 2 Doritos tacos and didnt get that. The lady said, "I am not sure how to change that because you already paid. It may be a dollar or so more" and he said, "okay Ill pay that." Then the manager or shift supervisor said, "Its going to be about 10 more minutes." He just walked out. Then when he left my husband and I was the only ones in the restaurant. Still the same cars outside waiting for their food... all while we hear them cutting up laughing and cussing. Worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant.

If you want long wait times and incredibly rude employees then this is your place to go. Took them FOREVER for our food to be ready not big orders either. Finally got it for both orders to be wrong not a huge deal it happens but when the employee lets out a big sigh and an eye roll when you tell her your order is wrong an the lady who made your food comes around the corner with an attitude as well. Learn customers service, I get its taco bell not asking for top notch service just for my food to be right, employees whos job it is to serve you to not throw a tantrum, an for it to not take an exceptionally long time. If you dont like your job find a different one.

This taco bell is the worst I have have ever been to. Ive lived in Jackson, Ga for 16 years and all the times ive ate there was a horrible experience. Very rude employees and when you ask for management there even worse. If you order a chicken quesadilla theres no chicken, get a burrito with nothing in it. Lord forbid if you ask for extra sauce, they give you two packs just to be funny. All these years living here youd think the owner would do something but NOOOO!! Same old bs. I now drive 30 min away to monroe co ga just so I know its made right. And its worth it. The franchise would be ashamed.

I have a minor allergy I distinctly ask if a dish had this allergen in it, I was assured multiple times that it did not even though I seem to remember it used to. I get home and decide I dont think I trust them and checked it as an awful good thing I did. If you have any kind of allergy or you dont like a certain thing do not go here because they do not know what is in their dishes but they will assure you they do. I almost legitimately spend the night in the hospital because some dumb waitress cant check the asked if something was in it and I told them I was allergic which was the worst part

First off, if you are looking for a waffle taco, youre out of luck. This taco bell sells absolutely no breakfast. Fail number two and three, i asked for a Triple shredded chicken stack and a diet dew. I got a regular mountain dew, and when i opened my triple shredded chicken stack, i noticed a few things; Bread, check. Cheese, check. more than one ounce of shredded chicken....NO. There wasnt even enough chicken to make a spoonful. FAIL. BAD SERVICE.

INCREDIBLY RUDE SERVICE. I repeated my order not once, but two times and even had the bimbo at the drive through repeat it, yet she still left out items in my order. When i asked where it was she informed me she didnt ring it up, and couldnt give me the rest of my order, because of the ONE car behind me. In the time it took for her to explain their piss ass service policy, she could have been correcting HER own mistake.

The absolute worse service ever and theres nothing fast about this "fast food" restaurant. Even though they close at midnight and I ordered at the drive thru at 10:45 I was asked to pull around and wait (often occurrence here), theres nobody in the restaurant and nobody in the drive thru... Yet at 11:10 here I sit waiting for them to bring out 5 tacos...5 people! Just 5 simple, basic, standard TACOS! Why, just why?

Continuously closing early. 4 out of the last 7 times Ibe stopped in around 10 pm I am told. Sorry were closing early. Today June 22nd 2016 there were people sitting inside when I went through the drive thru. I had to call out to the order at the menu to be told again "sorry were closing early today" guess Im going to Burger King. Or go down 36 further to the next taco bell instead.

I am giving one star because I cant choose zero stars. I have never had an order come to me correct and have even had the "corrected" order still come out wrong. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, unintelligent and it takes way to long (20+min) to get food. Only reason I go there is because if I get the craving its the only taco bell within 20min from my house.

If I could for less stars I would...i wish. Hasnt given this place another chance. I dont know how they make tacos taste like ashtrays but they have it down to a science. Last time I went there was a line of at least 10 people waiting their turn to complain. This place should be torn to the ground

Ordered 3 georgia gold baskets and one nashville hot. Super easy order... waited 30 minutes for my food out front... they brought me the wrong order after 30 minutes. Got my money back. I live in jackson and i will not go here ever again. Excruciating service

This place is disgusting! Dont use gloves and when a customer said something about it the cook licked his hands and laughed about it. Management laughed about it too. Food is gross and cold! Place needs to be shut down! Nasty!
