The MOST disgusting restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. My visit went as such: I pulled into the parking lot which there seemed to have been some sort of riot due to the amount of garbage pouring out from the dumpster and strewn about the parking lot. I ventured inside to see about 30 people sweating to death in front of me, because apparently chipotle has not heard of air conditioning. Loud noises, banging and cursing came from the back of the kitchen, and a vague smell of smoke and sewage wafted from the kitchen. As I worked my way painfully slowly through the line I notice small piles of rice and corn salsa scattering the aisleway as I passed. The young man stationed at the grill with short black hair (he wasnt wearing a hat) and beard worked quietly away over the chicken, beads of sweat trickling down his face and onto the cluttered surface of the table in front of him (and quite possibly into the chicken itself. That explains why everything always tastes like salt). By the time I got up to the actual counter to order my food I realized what was taking so long, they had run out of food. And not just one item, but several. There was rice and dried beans stuck all over the table in front of them as well as bits of meat floating in what was supposed to be "vegetarian" items. The salsa side was better, but not by much. There were streaks of dried sour cream all over, but at least someone TRIED to clean it up. Half of the crew working the line had pretty big blisters along their arms, probably caused from the grill or tortilla warmer. One mans blister was actually leaking a little bit and it made me sick. Why were the managers letting this happen? A bandaid would have done the job nicely and not ruined my appetite. Before I left I overheard a blond woman with alot of piercings in the kitchen complaining about one of her associates being a "Fu**ing idiot" which seemed very inappropriate to me considering all the work they put into ATMOSPHERE. I promptly left the line and headed towards the exit, mind reeling and stomach churning. As I opened the door I saw a really fat rodent or possibly baby raccoon scurry from a bush nearby the corner of the building, climb up a gutter pipe and onto the roof. Why anyone would ever ever EVER want to eat there is beyond me. Its disgusting and I wouldnt even touch the food. And I highly encourage anybody reading this to stay far away for fear of catching the bubonic plague.

I have been to this Chipotle numerous times, it has been wonderful up until the other day. I had to wait in line for 25 minutes. I wanted to leave, but they started my salad bowl. I then waited, once they actually started the bowl for 15 more minutes! There was ONE person putting all the ingredients in. Mind you, this was after 2 in the afternoon, so it wasnt even the lunch rush. The woman behind the counter took at least 2 minutes on EVERY SINGLE ingredient. Customers in front and behind me could not believe what they were seeing. Myself, the man in front of me and the man behind me all ask to speak to the manager. She, the manager, started yelling at us-the customer, saying that she started their 5 days ago and that there is nothing anyone can do. That blew my mind. Just a simple apology, or "hey, let me get you a free drink for your wait". No she then started raising her voice to us, telling us to take "Free Meat"?? I am an employee at a Large corporate office and always get lunches for big meeting here. I will NOT be back. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service here.

My experience with this Chipotle has been the same for the last 4 years: they are slow and disorganized. If theres an issue and you contact management, they are apologetic but could care less. This management style trickles down to the employees. The store employees are more concerned with fulfilling the most recent internet/fax order rather than taking care of the in-store customers who have probably been forced to wait in line for a minimum of 25 minutes during off-peak hours. In most recent visits this year (trying to give them a second chance), I have consistently seen them out of two "staples" to their business: chicken and rice. To customers who are thinking about visiting this location, youre in luck! Next to this Chipotle is a Panera Bread and Chick-Fil-A. Both would be happy to serve you and I can bet it wont take 25 minutes for your order to be taken. In fact, you could probably order, eat, and leave in the time it took to stand in line at this Chipotle.

We went to the Macedonia Chipotle for dinner tonight. That Chipotle has really gone downhill. The workers were all in a daze, unprofessional, not paying attention, easily distracted & not very friendly. They were very sloppy in making the burritos. I was helping my daughter order her burrito and they just took my half-prepared burrito and started making it for an online order. So they had to start me a new one, and they just kind of threw it together and put all the cheese & sour cream on one end. Plus, I wanted half chicken and half steak & wasnt paying attention and it only had chicken on it. None of them were rolled correctly. Very sloppy. It wasnt even busy there. Dining room was empty and there were only us 3 and a few others in line. I remember that place would have a line out the door at 6:45 on a Saturday night. Lets just say Im not going back to that Chipotle again.

JOKE! I went to this location around 530 (dinner hour) today for a simple chicken bowl. As I first walked in I noticed the line was to the door. Obviously its expected due to the time of the day. What i didnt expect was how long it took me to move the fifteen feet to place my order. I stood in line for over 25 minutes, they had three people on the line and moved as if their feet were in concrete. Either stupidity or ignorance is to blame for not realizing the sense of urgency in getting people their food, out the door, and on their way. Staff was a JOKE!!! Do not go there.

This Chipotle was advertised to stay open until 10. The door was locked at 9:40, and outside lights were off. We were let in by another customer. They were out of brown rice without the cilantro. I asked for double steak, I got 1 and 1/2 scoops. The cashier said "People are just waltzing in", because at 9:50 other customers were letting people in, because the doors were locked. This is a business, and whatever you advertise should be done. When it advertises 10, it should close at 10. The staff acted like you were not welcome there, I will never go back

This is probably the worst Chipotle resturant Ive been to period. The employees are in no rush what so ever, they skimp you on the ingredients. Everyone there looks like theyre pissed off and dont want to be there, which is a tall tale sign that the business is run by poor management/ownership. I for one will not be returning to this location, Garfield Heights has served me well.
