So I never really post this kind of stuff, but I had to say something. Chipotle in Lake Mary is amazing and this is why. Couple of nights ago I came and got my chicken bowl to go and when I got home and started eating it, all the chicken was burnt, so I couldnt eat. Well, just now I came and got another bowl to get my fix and I mentioned to them about my experience before and they didnt charge me for this one. Maybe its because they have a standard and also because I was pleasant

Food is great, always fresh. I have yet to have a bad experience with the food. I took one star away due to the new remodel the company did to the store. The size of the dinning room was shrunk down to make away for a mysterious new room. The location, which is ALWAYS packed now has no place to sit and eat. I find myself standing around holding my food waiting for someone to get up. Not sure why they would take away space from a busy store.

Long time customer. its sad to see chipotle has take the same route that most restaurants take after several years: reducing portions!.....in other words, reducing costs at the expense of the customers. I guess they needed to fund the remodeling of the place....which by the way sucks! Now they have long communal tables....who likes to sit with strangers??? To be fair....food quality is still good.

Had I used the Ladies Room FIRST before placing my order , I would have left & went to Panera. There is no reason why a Bathroom should smell like a NY City Subway.Yes some customers are Nasty But there are time checks for cleaning the bathrooms. Staff was made aware of the stench, and apologetic. Other then that Chipotle food is Delicious.

I love Chipotle!! I could eat it for every meal but at this location I was charged for chips and took my carryout home to find I never received them. I was told would have to come back to the store to settle the issue.... I had chosen carryout for a reason and returning go the store wasnt an option. Just leaves a negative impression.

Manager Andrew very rude unsympathetic to my complaint that we only get 12 chips for kids meal. I felt that wasnt enough and I eat at chipotle all over and never received such a small amount of chips. He told me of well sorry I fell that way and too bad. Never come back here again terrible customer service!!!!!!

Excellent fast food and customized to your taste. This place has made a commitment to healthy foods and to reduce or remove GMOs from your diet. All this for a reasonable price....I am always in the mood for Chipolte. A responsible company and that is important to me.

Waited 10 minutes to pay because the cashier was on the phone. Nobody else grabbed the register as people backed up to the door. Poorly managed restaurant. I wouldnt go to the one in Lake Mary. It is sub par do to no or poor management.

Its pretty good. I usually get a chicken bowl with the works. Dont bother eating your food there, the atmosphere is terrible due to how busy it is. You should order ahead during peak hours. you have been warned.
