No es como antes ahora hay mal serviciotarda mucho la comida no atienden ala clientela como se debe la administración del mánager da mucho que desear la atención es malísima tanto delas mesetas como del mánager exigen propina aparte del mal servicio y casi corren a la clientela del lugar eso para mi en un Restaurant mexicano como este cuenta mucho hay como mucho racismo contra la gente de color como para la gente hispana tanto en la clientela como en el personal que trabaja en este sitio yo no recomiendo este sitio para ir a comer el mánager simplemente no es una persona adaptable pAra llevar este lugar así cargo no lo recomiendo es muy caro y demasiado incómodo su personal femenino es pésimo da mucho que desear la comida está bien pero lo malo es la atención es muy mala no lo recomiendo ni para eventos ni reuniones familiares

I would have totally have given Senior Tequila like a Hugely high 5 BEFORE TODAY!! TODAY they GET 1 stars. HORRIBLE SERVICE today. To get any kind of service or attention you had to know someone! The previous AWESOME bartender that waited on us before didnt even acknowledge us TODAY. I ordered food that NEVER came! Ohhh please dont forget the Super weak drinks. On out first visit half of a Margarita gave me a slight buzz. However, today I had to drink 2 to even feel anything! I TOTALLY dislike the idea of you watering down my 9.00 Margarita to get more money. No acknowledgement, no water, no silverware, service with an ATTITUDE sucky drinks and no food totally equal a former patron on my eyes! There are far TOO places in this day and age who would have been happy to have my 23.73. I did get the food for free ONLY because when I asked for the check he remembered my order. He did comp it However I would have preferred to have my food while drinking as I was STARVING!!

Every time I have gone in there they take forever to serve us, and usually there are only 2 other tables. But I have held my tongue because despite their terrible service the food is delicious. But tonight I am incredibly frustrated. I put a take out order in and not only did I double check over the phone but had my friend who picked it up ask again if everything was there. I sit down to eat and they messed up my order completely. So, with 15 minutes left before close I called them back to see if they would remake it or refund me my money. After explaining the situation to the woman on the phone she tells me the kitchen is closed and hung up on me. I can honestly say I will never be bringing my business there again and neither should anyone else. If they cannot hire capable people to give even a mediocre customer experience then they dont deserve to remain open.

Most Mexican restaurants are more or less the same. Senor Tequila isnt special as far as Mexican restaurants go, but it is a good option for a decent Mexican meal. My friend says that the food is exactly like the food in Mexico City, except less spicy. The margaritas are great. The wait staff can be great, or a little slow. But, they are all friendly.

Came here for the first time for a business lunch. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was very attentive to our needs! The stuffed chile was the best that Ive ever had, and the sauce was amazing! I will be back numerous times, highly recommended!

This is our favorite Mexican place in Cleveland. The food is always good and comes out quickly. The margaritas can be hit or miss, but the staff is always willing to fix a mistake. Well come here as long as theyre open.

Always have a solid experience coming here. Was there in a Friday night and it was busy. Shaker Square had excellent energy. Devoured two enchiladas with rice and beans. Thoroughly solid comfort food.
