This Chipotle experience was abysmal. I walked in with 3 co-workers and normal expectations of an average chipotle meal, but walked out with dashed hopes. It started with the staff not having the stuff to make fajitas. Ok, I said, no biggie, I dont like that stuff anyways. But now it was my turn to order - I wanted a burrito whereas my co-workers ahead of me asked for a burrito bowl. The woman taking my order told me the machine was dirty. She preceded to take a tortilla, wipe the inside of the machine that heats them, and showed me the presumably instant-death inducing, metallic residue that now coated the tortilla. She stared at me waiting for a response as I stared at her waiting for her to take action, clean the machine, and proceed with the burrito. She won that standoff. "Um, ok can I have a burrito bowl then?" I asked her. She called over another worker who told her to use the tin foil to protect the tortilla in the heater. The initial woman then stared at me expectantly and having already gone through this before I decided to forego a double dose of awkwardnesses and initiate first. "So now I can have a burrito?" Long story short, they steamed the tortilla, but in the end I was disappointed they had. The burrito prepared for me was the worst one Ive ever paid for. It was a sloppy mess with absurdly disproportionately sized portions. And the guac tasted sour. I was not happy with the service and I was not happy with the product. I had always held Chipotle in higher esteem than the ubiquitous fast food restaurants. But after today, this pedestal Chipotle (i.e. this specific Chipotle) is seated on has been substantially lowered. I will try to avoid this location in the future.

I HATE the Chipotle in Cleveland Heights OH 44118 where I live. A very unfortunate problem since I LOVE Chipotle the food. The staff is absolutely the worst: lazy, unmotivated, uncaring! Every time I go there I come out in a bad mood. I prefer to drive all the way to University Heights but it is so much farther away so today I decided to stop at the one in my neighborhood and not a surprise... the same mean and worthless staff with the same bad attitude and I am in a bad mood again! But enough is enough. I decided to do something about it. In this review I am appealing to Chipotles management to get a manager that cares and hires and trains the staff to the standard I am accustomed from other Chipotles. With the quality of people working there I am starting to question the quality of the food they are so unhappily serving!

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service in the person at the checkout had an incredible attitude. I will definitely not be coming back to this chipotle ever again. Many people around me were all so annoyed of the attitude of the checkout lady. I asked for an extra serving of rice after making an online order, I was given a hard time by her after she made the new side of rice and told me she would have to charge me for it. Rather than giving it to me and being nice she threw it away in front of my face. Terrible terrible terrible restaurant DO NOT GO HERE.

The food at this location is ok. I only go there just because i dont feel like driving to the chipotle i like going to. They have a few workers that are rude and nasty. They rush and dont pay attention but then get mad because they messed up your order. The meat be bland sometimes and the rice under cooked. This location is not my preference but; Chipotle is delicious overall ! I can eat it everyday . Coventry sucks they need a new staff period .Perhaps if their attitudes were good the food would be to.

I will not be back: Im not sure if there has been a change in management, but the service is terrible. Its always great to give young people work experience, but there needs to be proper training in customer service to make experience beneficial for all involved. Theres too much to list here. But whoever the regional manager or store owner is, you need to do a complete overhaul. I am on the phone talking to a manager now and I am disgusted.

I wish I can give them no stars. Very bad service even the manager Has very bad service I asked for a lot of guacamole and I was given a thin skinny line of guacamole and charging extra for another little thin scoop of Guacamole and I only had veggie bowl. NEVER GO WHEN THE FIRST SHIFT PEOPLE ARE THERE. I never had this problem with the second shift. They are unbelievable.

Welcome to the areas worst chipotle. It is thanks to an incredibly slow staff that frequently makes mistakes due to poor listening. A lack of leadership means unpreparedness, as they often run out of options such as fajitas, salsa, etc. If you have the time/ability, go to a different location.

Are there McDonalds reviews in here? BK? Oh how I wish Que Tal were still around. I basically make it myself or do without when it comes to a good burrito. Call me grumpy, but I think its a sad commentary that this crap passes for Mexican food.

Usually understaffed which makes for a slow line. Sometimes out of veggies or other items. A few super upbeat smiles keeping the place afloat. 830 at night and no lettuce, no tomatoes, no corn, and no fajitas... Do they have any food left?

All Chipotle food is delicious but the downside to this particular location is the service. The workers move SO slow it is painful. Make sure you have time to wait in line for at least 20-30 mins.

The the quality of meat this location appears to be sub-par. On two different occasions, the meat had noticeable gristle. The lack of pork options over a two month period is a huge bummer as well.

I love their food I love the variety they have soft tacos hard tacos and a taco shell with a variety of meat vegetables and salsa not to mention sour cream well. I eat there once a week

Decent food. A little pricey for what you get. flavor and selection and fillings are not as good as qudoba in my humble opnion. Portions are quite large however. Always leave full.

I love the fresh ingredients. Ive been eating at chipotle 3-5 times a week for years and its always good. You get more meat if you ask for 1/2 chicken and 1/2 beef.
