First off I would not recommend the wings, they are really greasy and taste like grease and pepper. I couldnt even taste the so called mild sauce. I could not eat them and had them sent back, I was told they would taste the same if they remade them, so I asked them to bring me a cheese burger instead, which was better but no where near my standards nor my boyfriends who went to culinary school. The manager tried to make up for the problems, which I appreciated. Other problems for us were we were not given silverware until we asked for it, the bread loaves were a mess (why not rolls?), and different waitresses came to our table with food we had not ordered 5 different times! They did not know where the food went. After we finished with our meal we tried the Chocolate Thunder Down Under dessert, it was delicious. Dessert is the only food I would recommend from Outback Steakhouse. I conclusion my boyfriend, a culinary student of 2 years, and I found the food to be less than acceptable and the service to be good (as long as you speak to the manager). We paid with a gift card and tipped the waiter the remaining $5 that would be on it just to get rid of it. We will not be dining at Outback Steakhouse again. Instead we will stick with Texas Roadhouse and Branns Steakhouse for our steakhouse dining.

We signed in online cuz it showed a a 20 to 30 minute wait time and I have a 3 year old that does not wait . By the time we got there at 4:15 .....when we should have been seated had to wait 10 to 15 more minutes and for what reason I have no idea why cuz there is tons of open tables while we were waiting and the whole time we were eating theres a line of people waiting on open tables. Im didnt quite like that their prices are high the foods good but not that good for those High steep prices ! The server was good he was always around when needed so no complaints there and their food tastes really good ..... But the prices suck i thought!!! Applebees may have been a better idea food prices and no waiting for the most part. Granite it was a Saturday early but they were so busy it wasnt even time 4 dinner rush but Im good for a couple years now got my Outback fix Ill see him in 5 years, maybe!

Went around 9:15 pm tbe waiter was nice, their was a wait for food. My my dish was Delecious but husbands was terrible...his a big guy plus his on a special diet so the shrimp was ordered and they were so tiny and only two scerws of shrimp that was once again as i metioned werent even big enough. For him to feel him up and certainly not let alone paying forthat dish was a total flop he ended actually having to order a take out of what had ordered the chicken wings blue cheese sauce on side for to dip chicken in and celery. And on the side i had fresh steamed broccoli and sweet potato which all of my dishes didnt come out together it came out seperatly that sucked. But it tast great cant say same for my hubby.

Really awful steaks. Ive had the filet mignon and a few bites of the ribeye cooked medium, Nov 5th (Saturday) at 6pm. They were woefully bad... kind of rubbery hard and tasteless (and I mean really tasteless), both of them. Filet mignon did not taste like filet mignon. These cuts should be the most tender but no, not here. Samples of chicken were given in the waiting area, which were overcooked...I should have taken that as my warning. Broccoli was overly steamed to where there sides were wilted. Sweet potato side and bloomin onion was good though.

Dont go here. Went here last night with my son. We were seated after a 10 minute wait which wasnt bad. Then we sat for 15 minutes until the waiter came. We ordered our food and he went away. After 45 minutes the food finally came. The steak was ordered well-done and came medium rare. We pointed that out to the waiter and the offered to make another one which would "take a while". Declined that offer and they removed it from the bill, which took 20 minutes to arrive. It seems management there is the problem.

I know this is a popular restaurant and we expected a wait. But an hour wait with a buzzer that was broken, we could of waited all night. So we walk in to check after about 50 mins and guess what they were calling us. So we finally sit down only to wait for over 40 minutes for the waitress to come over and tell us that it was still going to be a few minutes longer. I cant really comment on the food except the salad was kinda gross and the bread was not very good either.

It wasnt very busy and was later in the day but yet the service was slower than normal. The appetizer needed to be sent back because they didnt bring the right order. Which ran into our meal...something we always plan for so we can enjoy each on its own. We ended up bringing our dinner home and eating it the next day. But the server was kind and attentive. Normally one of our favorite spots to celebrate an occassion, but not this time.

My husband and I usually love Outback but our last two experiences have soured us on eating there again. We spend almost $50 for a strip steak and BBQ ribs. The steak was way undercooked and tough and the ribs were extremely tough and tasted weird. Obviously something is wrong with this location and we will not eat there again. We had a more satisfying experience with Taco Bell the night before than we did at Outback. Totally disguted.

Our visit here was exceptional. The food was great, as always, but the service was AMAZING! Our server Ryan was extremely friendly, he was prompt with service, and he took care of everything before we even had a chance to ask. The manager Caleb is also wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. This has been one of our best restaurant experiences weve ever had!

I was completely unhappy my ribeye steak was so undercooked although your manager did replaces with a fresh steak. again I did not like that cut I feel like I got full off of baked potatoes then I did off my steak. Also they have to replace my granddaughter stake and even that was overcooked. Needless to say I wont be coming back anytime soon. Thank you! sincerely, unhappy customer.

Walk in to the bar and order a meal and after 35 minutes I ask for my order and the waitress forgot to put the order call the manager ,he didnt care I go home and call outback general office and explain the bad service and they send a certificate for 25.00 dollars and I gave to my neighbor he have a bad experience dont go to this restaurant youre warned

Awful. Service sucked. Food was awful. They obviously warmed up food from yesterdays dinner. Trust me shrimp is disgusting that way. Salad was brown lettuce. Couldnt even get drink order right. . I had a diet coke. And the bartender was out waitress. She obviously hates her job and takes it out on customers. I will never eat here again.
