Absolutely the WORSE Place 1 I had to wait over 5 min for my food but I figured my food would be hot so I wasnt to upset. So I get my food take a bite and my sandwich was made wrong meanwhile and one of my two kids ask for the nuggets by this point U am on the highway heading home to my amazement NO Nuggets but I had ranch sauce so I figured no problem I would call and get it another time I call it rings Rings and rings than a busy signal I call back same thing thirty minutes later and still no one has picked up and thats what makes this place a 1 not the fact of the wait them putting toppings on when I asked and the ticket clearly states not even the fact I didnt have my all of my order but the fact I cant even get anyone on the phone to discuss what is wrong with my order!

The cashier wasnt even listening to my order when I went through the drive through. Then my order was wrong and I didnt notice until I got home. Ive tried to call the store 4 times and no one answers. I spent $20 on a meal for my family and EVERY sandwich was incorrect. I would not recommend this location at all, this isnt the first time Ive had poor service and accuracy. Take a few more minutes and visit the one on Tylersville. They are always kind and the food is much better.

Suppose to open at 6am its now 6:38am and as usual they are not open. They never open before 6:30 am, when they do they are out of half the menu items. I also have witnessed them throwing out massive amounts of buns, meat and produce. I thought this location might improve when carroll foods took over but its not the case.

When we ordered our food was told we couldnt eat in the restaurant that their dining room was closing in 8 minutes. Our food was cold fries must have been sitting under the lamp they were cold abs hard. Before we could even step out of the restaurant all the employees including the manager stepped out to smoke.

Burgers were not BK quality; they were slim like Steak N Shakes. The employees here just looked at eachother when we asked them for anything. Its like they were all wondering if the other would do the work. Then they forgot one of the burgers, and again...blank stare... you mean I should make that for you?

Went through the drive thru. The lady thought my husband said no cheese which he never did. He corrected her three times that he want cheese on the burger. The chicken fingers were cold like they just came out of the fridge and there was no cheese on the burger. Never going to this location again

Liberty Township Burger King, had a chicken parmesan sandwich that was burned cold the cheese had not melted and some sort of sauce was slapped at it. I returned it and got a refund
