Im really disappointed with the customer service I received today. I called to place a delivery order for our office. 5 people. The girl who answered the phone said they deliver within a 3.5 mile radius and was less than thrilled when I asked her if she could find out how far we were from them. I asked if we could use 5 different credit cards, and was told only ONE. Thats absurd. So you can order your meals online for carry-out and use 5 cards, or go in to the restaurant and eat, and use 5 cards, but if you want it delivered, then you cant use 5 cards. I asked her if she really wanted to lose the business of 5 orders, and she said yes, so I hung up. I have known the owner Jennifer since she owned Bangkok Terrace in downtown Blue Ash, and thought I will call her. I"m sure shell make an exception. Well.....got the same girl again on the phone and when I asked for Jennifer, she said "sorry shes busy". I said "is she there?". "yes, shes here but shes cooking". Well, do you think I could talk to her? I pressed the issue, and heard the girl put her hand over the phone as she giggled and talked to someone. I ended up just hanging up. So apparently this restaurant has so much business, that they can turn away $50 lunch orders, or they just dont really want to deliver their food. It got 2 stars because the food is good, and Ive always like Jennifer. But I think she needs to hire some new help. I wont be ordering from here any time soon. Ill stick with Bangkok Terrace even though their food isnt quite as good. They have excellent customer service.

I ate there today. Food was good, service was not that great. They were busy so i expected food to be late, but we were table of 3 and 2 of us got food but third person didnt get food, we assumed she will bring it in few mins, but we literally had to call waiter and tell she missed third person after waiting for like 10-15 mins, she never noticed that one person was missing food on table as she passed by our table several time. Then we had to wait for our checks. At end we got up and paid at register as we realized they wont bring our checks as they were busy attending other tables.

Ok. Their dinner entrées are smaller than any other Thai restaurant. Usually a curry would go with two river bowls but their didnt. Red curry lacked its taste. Yellow curry here was better than that of other restaurants. Tofu triangle was spiceless fried tofu pieces with a cheap duck sauce. The tom Kha soup was quickly done by heating Coco milk and tofu and herbs, didnt have taste. Pad Thai and a thick noodle were standard good but the thick noodle was little on quantity for a dinner.

Damn, I must of came on a bad day because how this place for all these 4star reviews are puzzling to me. I ordered a chicken yakisobe but came out with the meat looking and tasting like pork. Asked the waitress to check with the chef and she came back said the chef is so good that he can make chicken look and taste like pork. Paused. Head bang. Did they really say that the chef made the chicken to taste like pork? If I wanted the pork, I would of ordered pork Check pleaseeee.

I usually come for lunch and get either the pad see ew or basil fried rice. The food is always delicious and the spice scale is accurate. I say that because sometimes when restaurants say "very hot" its actually quite mild. So if you dont like spicy stick number 1 or 2 (max is 4). Other comments: The restaurant decor is nice and they have an option for outside seating.

This place looks and feels nice and clean. Food was good but seafood Paradise that we ordered was not so great. Service was definitely bad. The lady waiting the table was almost rude. We were party of 4 and a kid. To my surprise they added a gratuity of 18%. I have never seen anyone adding gratuity for 4 person table.

The taste is good .. But they give less quantity and they wont add vegetables in pineapple fride rice or any of the fride rices ,If we ask them to add vegetables they charge 3$ extra for adding few vegetables .. They charge 12 $ to 13$ For fride rice .. Competing to other Thai restaurants in town they are pricey $$$

Love the food here! My favorite dish is the Bangkok Noodle (Kua-Gai). The noodles are great! The Thai Spicy is also great. The atmosphere is great with a modern feel which is surprising given the exterior. The staff is a little slow from the minute you sit down and it can take a while just to get your drink order.

We went on Saturday around 1:30pm. The place was decorated in a modern style, but not many people were there. I ordered "kao soy" (misspelled, its kao soi). It was definitely not the authentic kao soi, but was still very good. My wife got mango curry and that was very very good.

This is by far the best Thai restaurant Ive been in Cincinnati area. Thai basil chicken is the best. Great food, great service! A star less only because I felt portion could have been bit generous. If you cant handle spice, this is not the place for you. Cheers!

Mediocre Thai food at best. Ive eaten here once before and was underwhelmed by their Pad Thai. My coworkers convinced me to try them again. I ordered the "Thai Spicy" w/ chicken. Eh....I will not be returning. Nice modern decor. Wish them the best of luck.

They were not very friendly. It took a while for a server to come to our table. Which was weird because the was only one other couple there at the time.The food was OK. The restaurant is very clean and contemporary.

Crispy Pad Thai... freakin awesome! Been here three times during my two-week stay and loved it every time. Now that I am back home in Wisconsin I cannot find anything remotely comparable which is depressing.

The best Thai food I ever had at Thai restaurant in USA. I love the fact that they have a varieties of food. Staffs was so friendly and the lady that wait on me was very helpful. Great job everyone!!

At their prices, the food was so so and quantity was small. Weekday lunch was busy and service was non-existing. They automatically include 18% tip when there were 7 people in the group.

Really enjoyed the Cashew Wok with chicken. The service was good and atmosphere was good, but the food was outstanding. The sausage appetizer was also delicious. I will absolutely return.

The food is OK. Not sure what sauce they use, but the food has a distinct vinegar taste. The sauces on the table are also vinegar based. Its new, so I guess theres room for improvement.
