My Mom and I decided to try something new.....sucks to be us! When we enter, a sign to the right informs us of drink specials, one being Tall Drafts - $4.00. Three minutes or so after entering, a host comes and askes how many people in the party, although my mom and I are the only two in sight. Next question: booth or table, which is innocent enough, but the host has a speech impediment, so I actually thought she said the word boobs, which had me going for a second. Getting to our booth, she zigzagged us through the maze of tables in the center, plopped our menus down on the table, then hurriedly dashed off just before saying something about our server, perhaps that he would be right over. Apparently that was the case, as he showed up moments later asking what we wanted to drink without even telling us about any specials or pointing out the drink menu stuffed behind the six-pack of barbaque bottles and other condiment selections. I asked what was on tap, he asked what I was interested in, I told him IPA, he gave me two selections, I chose one and then inquired about the $4.00 Tall Draft special. He immediately started shaking his head, informing me that the special had nothing to do with the IPAs and didnt offer any information as to which beers it did refer to. My Mom chose her drink and off he went. Five minutes later he shows up with ice water (which we did want after he cajoled us into) and let us know that our drinks will be right out, which took another five minutes to perform. Drinks in front of us, we still didnt know what we wanted, so he left and did not return for FIFTEEN MINUTES, five minutes AFTER we hit the computerized CALL button on the WiFi computer at our table! He arrived, we ordered. My Mom got the grilled salmon with sweet potato sticks and steamed broccoli, I got the loaded nachos and a Cuban sandwich. No problem! Ten minutes later, the nachos arrive, which look good at first sight, but we quickly realized that there is no meat, specifically pulled pork, on them! Dude comes back and I ask: "Wasnt there supposed to be pulled pork on these nachos?", to which he replies "Only if you order it." He then explained that when I ordered them (remember, they are called LOADED NACHOS), he didnt think I meant with meat because I didnt specify any type of meat even though the menu DOES NOT MENTION ANYWHERE that I have to actually mention meat! In fact, the picture of the Loaded Nachos have pulled pork all over them leading one to believe that they actually come WITH pork and that it DOES NOT, in fact, cost an extra two bucks for said meat! So, now our meals show up and my moms salmon is cooked perfectly, her sweet potato fries are awesome and her broccoli is.......well, its broccoli. My Cuban sandwich is, on the other hand, a complete and utter disaster. The bun looked like a hotdog bun, the pork was dry and tasteless, the dill pickles they used where chips dredged out of some old jug most likely more then a year old (as opposed to dill pickle Spears, which most people would use), there was hardly any cheese to speak of, no sauce at all, no kraught, no thousand island dressing, no flavor........NO KIDDING!! This has got to be worst experience I have had in a restaurant in quite some time and it cost me more than $60.00 to have! These people have no idea what they are doing and are overcharging you for the experience! This place sits right next to an Arbys and I kept joking/not joking with my Mom that we should have gone there instead! AVOID THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN COST!!!

Terrible. Carpet on the dining room ramp is rancid. The funk gets on your shoes and makes them stick to the floor. Its literally a carpet of grease. I have no words to adequately describe how filthy it is. The staff were all nice. This is not a hit on them at all. We got there, immediately got seated in a booth. The seats were unattached to the frame of the booth and moved when we sat down. We ordered our drinks and one of the staff brought me the wrong beer. They then brought me the correct beer- a Sam Adams nitro coffee stout. It was open when she brought it, and she didnt bring me a glass. Nitro beers are supposed to be poured immediately after opening. Ugh. I got a glass from the bar. Our appetizer was those pretzel things. The cheese was nasty looking. My wife went to the restroom, came back and said it was very nasty. Mens room had urine all over the floor, paper towels everywhere, and nasty caked urine on both of the stall dividers. Ordered our food. Nope- we are out of sliced chicken. We are out of ribs. Oooooook. Food took well over a half an hour to come out to us- the cheese on my sons burger looked like it had been cooking under a heat lamp for the better part of a decade. At that point, I decided to leave. I informed the manager; she gave us everything free. We then went to Arbys next door and tossed the food. Doubt we will ever go there again. Again- our waitress and the manager were fine. Everything just snowballed into a really bad experience. Weve gone there in the past and loved it.

I called ahead to see if they had the OSU game, they said that they did. However they failed to mention that they had no sound and no real control over what channel the tvs would be on. Had to ask six times for the tv to be switched back to the game and only managed about ten minutes of the games on mute. We spent more time trying to flag down our server who once she knew our issue said she would get right on it. Right after clearing a table, talking with several other tables and who knows what else. Only to come back either having not fixed the issue or blaming the wiring and giving up. And the food was mediocre. Then having handed over our card to pay and get out of there, the waitress came back handed back the card said the machine was down and wandered off. I guess we were supposed to wait there untill they rewired the building. Flagged her down again and paid with cash. Never going back.

Absolutely dreadful. I came here on a weeknight/third shift with a friend of mine and couldnt wait to leave, upon experiencing nothing less than service from hell. I have no idea how such a character was given a job as a shift/general manager but she was absolutely distasteful when handling our tables concerns. We were billed for something that was promised to be removed, due to our dissatisfaction, only to have the manager *secretly* charge us for it anyway. This individual had absolutely no concern whatsoever about our experience dining in her restaurant and proceeded to argue with us. It was only until I realized what had happened and threatened to report the incident to corporate did she change her attitude. I have never in my life received such horrendous service out of the 100+ restaurants that Ive reviewed and will be discouraging everyone I know from visiting this cess pool.
