Not impressed. I went there with my family after the Kent Homecoming game this weekend. Youd think that paying 5 bucks for a burger, itd be a meal, but you had to get everything separate. Also, theres no note that a "cheeseburger" is really two patties, and that a "little" (im assuming) is only one. Definitely deceived from the poorly marked menu. For 3 of us (3 "cheeseburgers", 2 orders of fries, 1 regular drink and 1 large), it cost 30 bucks. A little too much for a burger joint, in my opinion. Burgers werent to die for, either. I dont think they were seasoned at all. Pretty bland honestly. Id much prefer a burger from Applebees or Rocknes honestly than another from Five Guys... at least they have more flavor. I was more excited for the hand-cut fries than the burgers... they were just alright. Did like the fast service, and free peanuts though. Also, just a peeve of mine I guess... the red/white colors are excessive, i wish there was a third slightly contrast color (not black) because I was pretty overwhelmed by the colors of the place. Nothing to die for and i dont plan on going back anytime soon.

Now lets start off on a good note, the food is tasty. Well whats tasty? If you consider Burger King to be tasty youll be pleased by this place, seriously it reminded me of BK. I love Bk, so it was good here. The coke freestyle machine is a good touch. Their bathrooms have artwork about how good this restuarant is supposed to be, basically making it burger restuarant propaganda. The price is alright, seriosuly $7 bucks for a burger that is not that bad. Milk shakes are good, and they should be for paying 5$ for the size of a mcflurry so its nothing special. The real winner here is the peanuts. Yes peanuts. There is an unlimited supply , unless you brought a hord of hungry elephants. Truely nice touch. The place is very laid back, kind of a pain to pull into. But overall I recommend it if you are in the area.

Greeted with a smile but too pricey for a burger place. Ive never been here before until last night. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in, I was told about the menu, especially which was a single and which were double burgers. Our order consisted of, 1 single, 1 double burger w/bacon; 1 large french fry; and 2 small soft drinks = $20.55. The atmosphere of the establishment was nice and the manager even stopped by the patrons who were eating and asked if everything was alright. The food was fresh, hot, and a perk of free salted shelled peanuts. You can get a better deal eating at Swensons and their burgers taste better.

This is an all out classic American restaurant. The fries are hand cut, fried in peanut oil, made to order, and a large fry could feed a family of 4. Simply the best fries in Kent. The burgers are just good nothing too complicated here, but to get the most out of them, use the app to build your burger if youre the indecisive type. There is also the sophisticated coke machines that are becoming mainstream here. Customer service is fast, you arent waiting long for your food, and the store is clean.

Great burger till I found myself struggling with a long hair basically cooked into my burger. I turn around and drive 15 min and 10 miles back only to be told that wasnt anything from that store and didnt match any of the employees. I was only asking for it to be replaced. Because even tho they remembered me I didnt have the receipt so I was SOL. I loved this place but I will never set foot in the place again without some kind of true apology or acknowledgement

5 Guys makes a damn fine burger and I love going here but something about turning this once iconic coffee shop into a 5 guys ruins it for me. The place is decked out in the standard design cues of every 5 Guys and the food & fare is identical to the other chains. Great burgers no doubt and the fresh cut fries are amazing but Ill never be able to get past the bastardization they did converting Susans Coffee into another chain restaurant in Kent. Boo.

There is no better place you could possibly go if you are looking for a delicious burger for lunch or dinner. The fries are absolutely perfect. I have no need for salt or ketchup. They give you double in fries of what you order so if you get a small fry, you will get two small fries. The people who work there are very funny. One guy that was working the grill was even singing while cooking my burger.

Absolutely amazing burgers, perfectly cooked every time. Far and away the best chain burger I have ever had, for hardly more than the price of a meal and side at a fast food joint. Plenty of choices for toppings. This particular location is clean and is quick to serve up your meal. Staff is always very upbeat. Large variety of music played here, which can be a little loud but not obnoxiously so

Solid burgers and fries. A bit pricier than McDonalds or burger king but you get what you pay for. With it if you enjoy the food a lot but if you just need to cheaply fill your belly with greasy food you should go somewhere else. Also note, they serve a ton of fries per order. A medium fries is easily enough for two people

The service here is always fantastic. Always. The people go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Its not fine dining but its nowhere near "fast food". Its just really good, high quality, well prepared "quick food". Always a great experience here and we always leave stuffed and happy!

Expensive for what you get, but they have honest-to-gosh hamburgers. Dont get the large fries. The regular fries will feed three, easily. Hot dogs quite good, too. Really noisy background music at deafening levels, designed to make you eat, not talk, and then get the hell out.

Two of the burgers were wrong (my jalapenos were on a burger that was supposed to be plain), the fries were slightly under-cooked and the Cajun seasoning was a bit light. Still decent food, but this location seemed to lack the polish of my usual location (Middleburg Hts.).

Really great burgers with lots of topping options. Fries are fantastic as well, they will overfill your order which is fine by me. Dont forget to order a milkshake. Salted caramel shake is fantastic. Leave the diet at the door.

Five Guys has some of the best food out there. You cant beat the fries. And on top of that, Ive never had bad service at this location. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you get what you need. Theyre also allergy-friendly.
