I like to come to firehouse and typically the customer service is great. When i walked in today, noone greeted me "welcome to firehouse." The cashier, Chasity whom im assuming was a mgr was not really pleasant or friendly at least towards me. I know its labor day but u guys should really work on your customer service skills a lil more. I work in the customer service industry so its my job to be nice. Needless to say i wont be back! And their "open" sign was not lit up either. Nice try, customers will still come!

02/11/2015-update Their quality has gone wayyy down at 3 different occasions I have ordered online to arrive over 30min later and they havent even looked at the online order. My lunchtime is short I dont have luxury to wait another 10min for them to get started on the order. This is very irritating and as a paying customer well... I guess Im back to subway now.

Been eating here weekly for years. Some of the best hot subs youll find. Sure, its a chain, but the quality of the food doesnt suffer. The owners at this location are particularly friendly, greeting the regulars by name and making an effort to know their customers. Dont see myself letting up anytime soon.

Firehouse is awesome, so many menu options and they continue to add new subs. This location is right on the Full Sail University campus so it can get crowded around lunch time but never a extremely long wait. I recommend the Tuna! Or the Philly.

I love firehouse. Their veggie sub is my favorite. Their house sauce is amazing and I love the options for various hot sauces. There are a few that the used to have but dont any longer. But the selection is still great.

A clean restaurant with kind and welcoming staff, unfortunately that doesnt make up for Firehouses array of sub toppings being largely flavorless. If you need a quick belly filler, its not the worst option in the area.

Great food! Pretty quick service and an excellent hot sauce selection. I love that I can always have a different experience even if I get the same sandwich, as I can try a different hot sauce every time! Love it!

Its a hit or miss here, its usually going to take forever to get your order but the food is great and the people are decent. Shocked that there is no student discount as its right on campus.

The best smelling handsoap. The most delicious #10 Brisket Sub. They never skimp on the sauces and they never forget your dill pickle. Its always clean and the service is very friendly.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is amazing. I usually get the NY Steamer or the Steak & Cheese. Food takes a little while to make, so I recommend ordering ahead to save some time.
