The customer service from the General Manager Victor is terrible. There was a simple mix up with my order and I only wanted a replacement but was unable to come back that evening. I spoke with one of his managers who did not want to provide me with his name or contact info. I asked this woman several times what is the owners name before she told me Victor. The manager said in order for them to replace my wings I would have to bring the incorrect order in. The other customer also called and advised of the mix up. It was obvious that WINGSTOP screwed up. After several messages the GENERAL MANAGER VICTOR called me back and said he is sorry but that is his policy. That is terrible customer service on his end. We were only talking about 10 wings which his store screwed up. VICTOR does not care about his customers and only care about getting his money. Several people I know has had a problem with this location. VICTOR should not be allowed to represent the WINGSTOP name. I have called corporate and submitted several emails. At this point it is the principal. You can get better service at little mom and pop stores than you get from this Wingstop in Charlotte. My suggestion would be to consumers is not to spend your money at this location and make him rich. The wings are good but not worth the service from someone who is the owner. Eventually I will get all the way to the CEO, because even though this is a franchise, Wingstop should not have an owner like VICTOR represent there name. Lets hit VICTOR where it hurts, which is in his pocket. Im very upset about this because it didnt have to come to this over some darn wings, not even a 30,40 or 50 piece count of wings. That shows how greedy and money hungry he is. I hope you have enjoyed my $20 because you will never see it again from me, my friends my family, or my coworkers. The only real apology I received was from his manager Tae. I appreciate her help. I hope she blessed to find a better person to work for because VICTOR is not worth it

Let me start by saying, Wingstop has some of the greatest wings in the area and are always hot. This review is solely based on experience and customer service, not the food. In the past I ordered wings from here on a consistent basis, usually once bi-weekly on either early afternoon on a weekend or evening on a weekday. Yesterday was the breaking point, thus this review. There is a severe lack of organization and business operation at this location; I always place my order online, as Im usually in a hurry and dont have time to wait. But, they have gotten my order wrong countless times, either with forgetting side items, shorting my wing count, or leaving out dips. Its really ridiculous to say the least, the receipt has everything thats suppose to be in the bag, how hard is it for one persons responsibility to be ensuring the bag has all of its contents! Then I call back and they tell me to come back down to get my leftover items, while I thank them for that, it is a major inconvenience to customers to have to leave their home and even more so when you live 15-20mins away and have to drive back. Its also a nuisance for a customer to have to check their order every single time just to make sure all of their food is there. This happened to another person while I was there, when they did get my order correct that day and it also happened to two of my buddies who also orders from them. Management please stress the fact to your team of checking each bag before its deemed ready for customer pick-up even it means reprimanding them for missed cases, this just lost you customer. I use to live in Durham and that location never ever got my order wrong, it has to be the persons/operations.

Food Is usually pretty good customer service is Always Horrible...I went in a few weeks ago on my lunch break and waited over 30 mins on my food...because the staff goofs off instead of making the orders timely...I got back to my office and the chicken was RAW in the middle still red blood pouring out everything how disgusting...I called back and let them know I was told that I had to bring it right back I said I wasnt coming back I waited on my order over 30 mins and was late back from my lunch break so I said I would bring it back when I got off...I was then told that I couldnt do that I would have to be referred to the Distract Manager...I agree so they took my name and number and stated he would call me back in the next few days...that was over a month ago No Call...Email Nothing...I went on the website and filled out a complaint form over a week ago as well...they emailed me back a least and told me that this place is privately owned so they forward the complaint to the owner...guess hes to busy as well to know his employees are serving Raw food...My co workers and I order from here weekly and we all havent order from here since of course as they witnessed the uncooked chicken and were disgusted as well...I lost 13 dollars from this order but they lost more seeming that my coworkers stop ordering from here as well after this so Im happy with that:)...with their crapy customer service and lack of concern they will Lose More!!

I really hope the owner of this franchise reads this review. I literally was going to write a review but if you scroll down to a review from 10 months ago from Robert Williams I decided to copy and paste because he literally took the words right out of my mouth. He wrote this review 10 months ago and the experience at this Wingstop is still the same something needs to change and it needs to change ASAP!!! Wingstop as a franchise is awesome... best wing flavors around...Especially the Cajun. This location however is TERRIBLE! They normally have about 10 people in the kitchen and they all look lost, food takes 30-40 minutes to come out and every single time I have been there the order is wrong, they leave something off or dont make something, or mix up the flavors. The employees also have amazingly terrible attitudes and seem more concerned about chatting loudly with each other than helping a customer... even when standing in plain view. Visited again on Saturday and it wasnt busy at all and it still took about 30 minutes to get my order with about 10-12 people working. Out of the 13 or so tables available about 8 still had trash on them and these tables sat dirty for about 30-40 minutes... leaving some customers to clean a spot for themselves. Again, the ONLY reason I go to get wings here is because of the brand, everything else about this place is horrible

This is the 2nd time I have visited this location, and the service is HORRIBLE, the college kids that run this business, is horrible, management is horrible, and the sanitation is horrible at the location, each time I have come in the floor in the cooking location is wet and greasy which is a hazard to all employees, in this narrow spot, also when I received my food, the bag as so greasy and they just threw my food in the bag, all the chicken fell out, and the bag was a second from collapsing in the back seat of my car, now just imagine if this would have got on my car seats, I would have sent photos and the cleaning bill to corporate, it is just a nuisance how this business is managed and unmaintained, the pre-adults working in this location is tired and just ready to go home, Im going in there again, but this time to take photos and send to the health dept, I work for the city and something must be done about the service and conditions in this place, nothing in this restaurant is cheap, and its a shame this is the best the owner can do with this business, to charge such expensive prices for, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FOOD HERE AGAIN, AND AGAIN Im returning., but only to take photos to submit to the proper authorities that need to be aware of how this business is being ran. If there was a option to rate under 1 star, that is what I would have chose.
