As you should know from my card history, we have been coming to Paneras for quite awhile. Today was the worst experience ever! We come with several friends to the Paneras on East Washington Street after Sunday Church almost every week. It was too embarrassing today when the coffee pots were not attended. The creamers were not filled. The management just said "Im sorry" in an arrogant mood. It was as if he was not responsible for keeping up with the flow! They did not have an ample supply of clean mugs. The Hazelnut was empty for over a half hour. Then the server tried to tell us we were wrong! They had not made any new brewing pots and that we would have to wait to get them brewed! Our bagels and sandwiches had turned cold, while we waited for the coffee. It seems like there is a different manager each week and the turnover of personnel can not keep pace! None of the managers has impressed us with his sincerity, nor Customer Service training! Each week, it seems harder for them to keep the coffee pots recycled on time, with each of the different brews. It seems the like Hazelnut always runs our just as we get there! The other Paneras in Solon and Hudson have been terrific and the main reason we keep coming back. They are well managed and have well trained personnel. It is a delight to patronize them. Todays experience was just too much, and we thought you would like to know how bad it was. We understand these are franchise stores and this one keeps us constantly wondering! It has been convenient for us and our friends, but this experience is going to be difficult for us to influence them any longer. Respectfully yours, George Schumacher

went in with a coupon that was a pick two for free. The coupon said you get a BOWL of soup not a cup, but a BOWL. We ordered is and said a BOWL of soup. We get it and it is a cup (by the way, this is a to go order). So we mention it to the girl who I think is a manager only cause her shirt is different then the others. SHe says that "THEY" worded it poorly and it should be a cup. We argued that the coupon says a BOWL and that is what we want. So she takes it to the back and then hands us our food, we look in and there is a BOWL sized soup now. We get home just to find out she poured the cup sized soup into the bowl sized to go container and that was it...did not add to it or anything, it filled about half the container.....what jerks! And this was not the first time we have had poor service at this location. !!!

Weve been frequenting this place ever since it opened but lately the baguette that comes with the meal is no longer crunchy on the surface and has no taste. The last few times the bread had not been fresh. And lately weve been very disappointed with the black bean soup which has been diluted. Tonight, there was hardly any beans in it. Dont know if well go back. They need to go back to the original recipe for the bread and the soup.

Place is nice, food is good, service is good. Everything youd expect from a Panera. However, internet is spotty and unreliable- which is the entire reason I come here. Ill be listening to Spotify while working and my connection resets and I have to close & open my browser and my music stops and buffers for an eternity. Hope management fixes it so I can keep coming back.

I love this place, so relaxing. And the staff is so friendly!! Tasha Joy and Berni are some that I can remember. I enjoy being a regular here. The Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is Panera got rid of my favorite salad, the BBQ chicken salad :( I hope the bring it back! But I love the quiches, bread bowls, lattes, etc. Thanks :)

We all ordered our food someone else in our group ordered First and I ordered second. I revived my food before the person I was with, their order along w/ another was sent out to the drive through line , I received my order and ate, as they waited 10 more minutes for their food. This is disappointing to me.

The food was delicious and fresh and my soup was hot. What made my visit special was the patience of the young man who waited on my mother & I. He was in training, and I didnt get his name, he was so kind, and answered all of my moms questions about the menu.

Its Panera! I love their food & their drinks. This one is located in a shopping plaza. Employees are friendly and courteous. I have always had good service.

Standard Panera with decent soups, sandwiches, and salads. They do have a pretty big seating area with a variety of different table and booth options.

The food is good. I had a Sierra turkey. The problem is my bill was 35 dollars for two pick twos and a kids Mac and cheese. Overpriced.
