MELISSA sucked as a server!! We ordered an appetizer and she assumed it was my meal and walked away!! After i told her that it was not my meal she asked me to order something.... nope, no thank you, ill enjoy a appetizer while my family of 6 eats full meals and enjoys drinks that dont have toast crumbs in like mine did!! Didnt even bother to come back and check if we needed anything else for over 15 minutes, had to find a server, (Tasha) and let her know about my drink, and the refills needed.. she brought it for us and was very helpful.... then when the food does come, guess what... im sorry i didnt know they were working on the deep fryer, the sampler will be out in 4 minutes.... ok understandable..... bring appetizer out and then no plates, so i wait another 10 minutes before i get up and get a plate myself, by now food is cold so mozzerella sticks suck, chicken is cold, but ok and the onion rings are a disgrace by now.... still hasnt been back to see what we needed but pops up with the check and says no rush!.. guess what NO TIP!! Tasha was splendid though, so she got the tip, a nice $10 on our little $42 bill... if there ever is a next time for this location I will request Tasha as a server!! THANK YOU TASHA!! WORK ON IT MELISSA!!

After speaking to the manager to see if they supported mopar participants and spectators since so many others didnt in the area and she informed us she welcomes us; her waitress ( name is jay) in return decided to bad mouth mopar. While we sat there waiting on our food to come out we heard her talking to a family that said they dont know mopar. She told them its were people go up and down the streets doing burn outs and that it is very dangerous and crowded roads to barely move. When we got up and asked for the manager and told her what happened and we described what jay looked like jay herself stated it was me but I didnt bad mouth mopar I just said its dangerous. I will never go to a place of establishment where their waiters and waitresses are to incompetent to understand bad mouthing what brings you money and the town you live in. I can not believe a business has this type person working in customer service. How much common sense must you have to know when to shut your mouth and keep your opinions to yourself. I will never take my money there again

The server was rude. Id tell you her name but she never said it. She greeted the table by saying, " what are you drinks." ... What? Hi how are you? I wanted to respond. My wife said, " maybe shes not our server." But she unfortunately was. She lost out on good money. I usually tip 30 to 50% because Im a bartender in town. Shes going to receive the bare minimum of 15%. All she had to do it be polite and she would have made 20 dollars more that she did. I would have said something but the manager was probably sitting in the office on his or her phone. Yeah Ive had those kinds of managers.

Absolutely terrible service. My family came in, there were 5 of us, at 11:00 in the morning. They said it will be a 15 minute wait. Parties kept coming in and getting seated right away. Finally after about 6 or 7 parties got seated before us another party of 5 came in and got seated right away. We got up and looked at the list and our name was completely skipped over and you couldnt even see it. Absolutely terrible. I suggest not going there if youre hungry and dont want to wait.

I generally love IHOP and I have loved this restaurant in particular but this last experience was horrific. Service not good, food was cold/not thoroughly cooked, and manager was fairly indifferent. I was vastly disappointed with this visit. If I can talk my family into going back, I may give it another go out of fairness.

I think it is a great place. The service is very good,the food is great. An i just wanna add to the comment about mopar. Just because one person doesnt have alot of sense doesnt mean it makes the whole store incompetent. You have people everywhere that doesnt make sense. So i say come see for your self

Food and service was average,.... Why would a waitress tell you that shes been clicking the "crispy " key all day and nobody is paying attention.... All is still coming out floppy or soft. You dont need to tell that to the customer, just tell the kitchen and dont take it to the table until its right.

They add some kind of weird liquid additive to the eggs. Its supposed to do something positive, but all it does is make them oily and disgusting. We sent eggs back twice before the manager came out and told us what they use, this why we couldnt eat them. Theres no need for additives in cooked eggs.

Wonderful employees!!! Especially Jennifer S!! She is amazing! She took on a bus load of weary travelers and made sure we had everything we needed! There were 2 buses and one had a flat tire!! Thank you for opening your doors and feeding us until the bus was repaired!!

Dont ask for Chrissy bacon, you wont get it. I ordered it I said to the waitress extra crispy she sure thing, brings half raw bacon I say , I asked for Chrissy while its flopping around, she leaves and brings back bacon thats been burnt but somehow still not chrisp..

The food was great, as it always is. However, I waited an extraordinary amount of time despite ordering a small lunch. I did come in during a rush, so I am not mad, just disappointed. I will definitely come again, Ill just make sure to come when they are less busy.

Service was great, Our Servers name was Patience, and that she was. It took my husband and I longer than usual to decide what we wanted,Our server was just as Nice as could be. The Food was very Delicious and didnt take long to receive it either.

I came with a friend at a slow time of night but the wait was still longer than expected. You would expect IHOP to have the best pancakes but I was extremely disappointed by the strawberries on them that were frozen and not fresh.
