May 10th 830ish. First the only reason they got two stars, the food taste good but their service through drive thru is horrible. We did not even have time to add on to our order because we got cut off by the total, that is not how you treat first time customers. Or any customer at all. Then at the window we did not get a receipt, just all our food shoved at us like we were an inconvenience. Not even a greeting. There was lint on our sandwhich which we went inside to get remade, they got the whole sandwich back but pretty much gave us 1/3 of the meat for our new one. The drive thru itself is hazardous. The parking lot cuts through the drive thru, so when we proceeded from speaker to window, a truck almost rammed into us. This is my girlfriends first time and we both agree we will not utilize this drive thru again. We both work at a McDonalds 24 hour, we understand sometimes you just have one of those days. But customers are the reason you have a job, try to at least act like you care.

Wish I could give them a zero. Waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru- I wish I was exaggerating, but sadly Im not. I got so frustrated that I left without my bagel and breakfast sandwich. We had to ask the woman on the intercom 3 seperate times to tell us what bagels they had. She was unprofessional and talked over the intercom when addressing the people at the window. There was also an employee outside smaking when we arrived. The worst service Ive had in a really really long time. I will not be returning.

New manager, again. No job security here. Runs fairly well on weekday mornings. Other than that, good luck. Super busy Saturday and Sunday mornings, quantity of staff doesnt match. Hasnt in three years. Count on 20 minutes for a carryout. Cream for coffee is kept cold, really cold. If you like cream, dont expect piping hot coffee.

Stopped in with my wife and the cashier messed up order. They said it was his 1st day. Ok, no problem! The cashier next to him whos name was Alex gave my wife and I nothing but attitude my that we just returned all the food we ordered. Never again will they get our business again. Totally unprofessional

Worst Tim Hortons: cold/stale tidbits, they practically throw your order out of the window at you. They forget to give you your entire order. Iced coffee tastes burnt. Save your money and got to the one on stringtown (next exit up). I have gone here regularly and it is always a disappointment

This Timmys is paired with a Wendys which makes it great stopover any time of day. Try the maple donuts (filled or raised) and the honey crullers. I prefer Tim Hortons coffee over other chains and they have good selection for breakfast and lunch, too. Im up for a panini about any time of day.

Stooped there late one night. They had everything I wanted and their coffee is absolutely the best, better than Starbucks, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts or Seattles Best. It also is hands down better than T/A, Pilot, Flying J, and Loves.

The pumpkin spice muffin was delicious. My son enjoyed the breakfast sandwich but was disappointed that they did not serve hashbrowns all day with the breakfast meals. That is why I didnt give 5 stars.

Terrible place to eat, sandwich was hot garbage that took 20 minutes of gabbing to make wrong. Donuts were chewy and the staff was standing around complaining about working. We wont be back.
