This is my first bad review I have ever written. My husband and I walked in, greeted by the cashier. She asked what we wanted, then proceeded to talk to her friend behind the counter ignoring us. This happened the entire time we placed our order. Finally we got our food and sat down. My husband went to grab some ketchup packets for our hashbrowns. He brought them back to the table and they were covered in old sticky ketchup. It was digusting. I took a bite out of my hashbrown and it was stale and absolutely gross. I didnt eat any more of it. When wver we come here its never good service. They usually mess our order up or they are out of what we want to order. I usually give places a chance because I know what its like to work in the food industry. But this is completely unacceptable.

Dropped one of my timbits on the floor. Used the wrapper to pick it up throw it away then proceeded to use the same wrapper to finish my order. My mocha tasted like black coffe with no sugar in it. She gave me sugar packets to fix my problem. After my 10th sugar packet and no difference i gave up. The dounuts werent fresh and super cold. No one ever smiled. Never said thank you. I left mad cause i was excited about my mocha and timbits. Lets just say i am an unsatisfied customer and i will not be returning to that store. Horrible experience.

This particular store has lost a customer. Ive given the store plenty of chances over a 2 year period and they never fail to disappoint. I always end up having to repeat my order 2 or 3 times, coffee is never mixed right, chocolate dipped donuts just tossed in the bag with complete disregard as to whether there is wax paper to separate the donuts or if the donuts have been placed in a way where the dip wont be rubbed off by the bag. If I order muffins typically theyre out of what I order. Order a Panini and the bread is like cardboard.

We were incredibly disappointed by our service this evening. We were served by a nice gentleman with special accommodation needs. He did more to try to help us than the other 2 employees. He was trying and smiling. The eye rolls and exasperated apologies of the ladies were disappointing. They obviously felt annoyed that he was there. We left wondering why they treat him so badly. Please train your employees some patience and sensitivity. Thank you

I work night shift so I go into Tim Hortons sometimes on break. The lady that works the drive thru is one of the best employees. I wish I knew her name. She had such a kind heart and has the best customer service skills. Also the food is always fresh because they are baking everything in the middle of the night. Because of her amazing customer service I give her 5 stars!!

Been here 2 times in the past week a couple days apart. Their employees are rude and could care less about their customers. No hellos/thank yous or youre welcomes. Their french Vanilla caps. are watery. Wont go to this location again even though its the most convenient.

This is the only time Hortons that does me right in the morning. I go to the one on broad and they always screw up an iced CAPP. Ive had one that tasted bad and they fixed it. 10/10 would recommend

Bagel BELT had NO tomato, the egg was crispy almost burnt and apparently there isnt any condiments on it, which made it dry as can be! Way to go TimmyHos for such a crappy $4 sandwich!
