This location is on my way to work, so if I have a chance to stop I do. However this has got to be the most mismanaged store that I have ever been too. My husband and I walked in and had to wait about 10 minutes at the counter when there were about 6 employees walking back and forth past us, some of whom were just stocking dry stuff until finally this young kid with a dirty shirt that looked like he had just rolled out of bed helped us. Then messed up our order and took another 5 minutes of me standing at the counter for them to correct it. Another time at this location on a Friday afternoon I waited 15 behind one car at the drive thru. When I called to see what the deal was they told me they were super busy. Get to the window and there is only 2 people working on a Friday afternoon, thats ridiculous. Today is another kind of nightmare. I wanted a coffee and donut. They were out of the kind of donut I wanted, which is understandable. But then when I went to order a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. They say they are out of biscuits. Its Saturday morning. MORNING!! I work in the service industry I always try to be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. But this location is horrendous. Absolutely horrible. Needs a serious overhaul of management and staff.

Agree with Radclyffe. Last visit I went they got my order wrong (not the first time but definitely the last) and the guy at the window told me thats what I ordered. Then when the window was closing it sounded like he said "what the f". I am 99% sure thats what he said but he denied it. I asked for his name(MICHAEL) and told him I would contact the manager...turns out he is the manager haha. No wonder they have so many problems. Havent been back and I live a few streets away from this location and have been going there for a very long time . Sad. Just sad. Do yourself a favor drive the extra mile or two and go to a different Tim Hortons.

Service was fast but did not get the order correct at all!!!!! Charged us for a number 9 meal and only got the sandwich... charged us for a muffin we never got. So we called and talked to the manager which then said "we will look into it, we are really busy right now" ... you have to be kidding me! Horrible management. We will not be returning to this location. Contacting corporate also... this is not the first time this has happened to us here. Very disappointed

The people that work here are terrible. They have no common sense, and dont care about you the customer. They make all there food like a bunch of slobs. With no regard of the presentation of the food they slop it together and give it to you. The bagels are always stale, how do they have the right to sell 3 day old bagels? Im done with this store, they are all slobs. Im writing the review because this has happened more than a few times.

I just left this location. I sat in the drive-thru for more than five minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one did, so I drove around to the window and sat there some more. I finally saw their computer screen which said this location is closed. I had even looked up the hours (open 24 hrs/day) online to make sure they were open!! Seeing as how tim hortons are pretty much always 24 hours

Fast Friendly and Clean. I noticed this location is under new management. I see the owner often in the restaurant either at the Drive Thru or Front part of the restaurant. We are frequent and visit this location often. We have seen day and night difference. I am not sure why negative reviews? Everytime I am there I had the best experience. Thanks Tim Hortons for cleaning this location.

i have been here a few times and every single time it was terrible, from the cream was bad and the other coffees were wrong or cold. i have to say the staff needs to b retrained or changed. counter person was not polite and the rest of the staff didnt care, i normally go to the one on 23 and now that one is great.

Waited for a long time to order, couldnt order what I wanted because almost all the machines were "being cleaned at the same time"? Wifi barely worked, ended up going back home because trying to work there was pointless when the wifi was so bad that I had to wait 10 minutes for a single web page to open.

Use to love this place now avoid it like the plague. I drive 6 miles out of my way to another location due to the WORST customer service in drive threw!!!!! Thankfully I found out new location being built on hall rd. & vandyke!!! That will now be my go to. Good luck with your rude managers.

Typical Tim hortons. Great breakfast food. Half the time they do run out of items such as hash browns and such as they are always busy. Ive had my order messed up more times than it was correct at this place. They do fix it when addressed though. Double check order before you leave.

If I could put no stars I would. Worst Tim Hortons ever. I hope corporate reads some of these comments and revokes the franchise location. Horrible service on numerous occasions. I finally gave up. I blame the owners and their hiring abilities!!!!

Ive stopped ordering food at this location because its incorrect more than 50% of the time. Staff always seems irritated. Manager is unfriendly and barely intelligible over the drive thru speaker. Best Tims in the area is 23 mile and Shelby Parkway.

Absolutely the worst store I have ever been to! The staff is ALWAYS rude, and never ever competent. You can order 1,000 tim bits and ask for assorted....you will get 3 different kind always! I will not ever go back to a Tim Hortons!

Great staff always smiling but I got a triple triple and my coffee was cold. Other then that I think the coffee tasted good but wish I didnt get an ice cold coffee when I wanted a hot one. Better luck next time I guess!

Apparently what is written on the menu is not what is really provided. Choose your side with a sandwich. If you choose soup it doesnt come with bread but it clearly states "with bread"......

5 visits in a row to this place clearly stating I would like double cream cheese on my bagel and being charged for it, not once have they put more than a teaspoon on there. Hate this place!

They are usually such in a rush that theyre rude and always get my coffee wrong. I know how Tim Hortons works because I used to work at 1 so theres no excuse to be rude to people.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) for 3 coffees at 6:20 on a Saturday evening without any explanation. Definitely will not be going back.

This place is always packed busy. They have tons of employees inside working yet always seem to get something Hing wrong with my order every single visit.
