I have given this place so many chances. Why Cant they just hire people who can work fast and efficient. When my food comes out the right way thats because it took them forever. Almost every other time they are pretty quick but my food is just thrown in the bag! My donut is just flipped upside down on top of the "one" napkin they gave me, which is now useless because its got all the chocolate from my donut smeared on it. Which has happened a lot. and two weeks ago when I brought in donuts to my work; that happened us again. A co worker who also uses this Tim Hortons told me he has also had this happen numerous of times. I let it slide until the last time, I tried to very politely tell the employees at the counter "Please dont throw my donut in the bottom of the bag like you always do" and they give me attitude. Whatever I get people make mistakes. But geezeeee! I will go to subway, or Mcdonalds, speedway, anywhere elses before this place on my way to work Mon-Friday. Fix this problem and im sure you will have more & happier customers.

It was fast and pretty consistent with the order but with some dilemmas. I ordered a grilled sandwich and it wasnt grilled. Another thing, they asked us if hash browns are okay for a side and we said yes. Of course, were also in the wrong because we should have known they dont make hash browns at a certain time, but they still mentioned it like it was available. Instead of asking us for an alternative side, they just didnt put any side in and gave us our food. Also, someone I knew ordered a bagel that comes with cream cheese but she still had to pay for cream cheese. But I give them some slack since they were quite busy with the drive through. Service is extremely inconsistent. Every so often they completely botch your order. Stopped there today for a Breakfast Sandwich, and I clearly asked for sausage, egg and cheese. The sandwich came without the sausage, but I paid the full price...AND the place was packed with people behind the counter. Seems like certain crews do not pay attention. Numerous times in the morning I have seen a girl at the window on her phone texting rather than paying attention to what is going on around her...and she was the one taking the orders this morning. I guess I will have to stop and look at everything I order to make sure THEIR people got it right. PATHETIC!!!!

Inconsistent experience, service, and quality. Sometimes things are nice and quick and other times things are terribly slow. Sometimes the coffee is fantastic, other times its undrinkable. I think sometimes employees are using the Romeo well water and other times they are using water from some sort of filtered source. That Romeo water is some nasty stuff.... that would ruin any coffee. There is definitely a lack in quality control in this store. Just scroll through the reviews and I think youll see real fast that everyone is having different experiences from one extreme to another.

When the only late night choice is Tim Hortons I go and buy their bake goods. However, only because I do it so infrequently that Ive forget that they suck. The flavor is there but everything and I do mean everything is a glop of dough. Every Tim Hortons I have ever been to is the same, they seen incapable of baking anything to completion. Every muffin, doughnut, and even croissant has a gloppy goo dough center as if they have tried to bake in a microwave oven.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. Its disgusting inside, rude employees, and the food is terrible when they actually have it. Most of the time I go in, I leave empty handed as they are usually out of doughnuts, tim bits, and bagels. Ive even been turned away trying to order sandwiches because they were out of the meat...seriously!? And to top it all off, they are extremely slow. Just look at the other reviews and youll see its not just me.

Was there this morning, got iced coffee - that was warm, no caramel, which I asked for, and my toasted bagel looked like it was toasted yesterday, and also had "extra" scrambled eggs on the bottom.......all went in the garbage, tried calling, nobody will answer - never again will drive out of my way to a different location

This Tim Hortons in particular is ALWAYS awesome!!! Great customer service, always friendly, store is always clean, food is consistently fresh and of course the coffee!!! I do not mind going past 4 other Tim Hortons to come to this one, mainly because of the customer service. Keep up the great job!!!

This place is the worst health hazard around! Dirty floors, a DISGUSTING restroom. Where is the health department when you need them? Rude manager when told of the problem. This franchisee wont be around much longer!

Same people that take your order take your money and pick up your doughnut choices. They use a strip of wax paper trying not to let their hand touch the doughnuts but sometimes do.

Great service except for the fact that they never give you a sleeve for your coffee. Out of all the Tim Hortons this location is the only one who is anti sleeve. Coffee is hot!!
