1/19/2016 @ 12:15 pm. I just left the counter of this Starbucks and Im very disappointed in the way I was treated. I could tell the lady at the register was fairly new because she had to ask questions about how to fix the price because she under charged me. They fixed it, but still under what normally pay. I decided not to ask them to fix it again, Id just give them a bigger tip. Moving on... I simply asked for a coating of caramel in my drink on the inside of my cup. Instead, I got a tiny little drizzle in the cup. I asked again if I could please have a coating in my cup. The lady refused. She said that she was being generous as it was and that they didnt charge me for it. I said I would pay for it. She said that it would be the same thing. She didnt understand what a coating was. I asked her to think of a painted wall. Is there a drizzle of paint or a coating? She didnt know how to answer that. So I walked away and purchased caramel in the Kroger that Starbucks happens to be in and fixed it myself. This lady needs educated in simple terminologies before dealing with future customers. I feel bad for her. And I didnt leave any tip.

I go to this Starbucks often, and I almost regret it every time. Mainly, because there is this one old lady who works there, named Clare, and she hates her job. She is not nice or friendly. Always mumbles thank you at a nearly inaudible level, and lately she has started messing up my drinks. Now, I dont know if she just doesnt like me or her job, but it has gotten to the point to where Im freaking writing a review about it. If you go to this store, if you see the old lady, turn and walk away, if you dont want to waste your money and come out salty.

Every single time Ive gone through the drive thru and asked for a hot tea sweetened with classic syrup, they have failed to sweeten it. That has got to be one of the easiest items to prepare and they always seem to screw up my order. The last (and final) time I went through and got a tea the MANAGER incorrectly prepared my order. Get it together!!!!
