Great BBQ. I absolutely love the place! I almost didnt get a chance to take a picture of my food first because, all I wanted to do was stuff my fat face! I always get the pulled pork. Its juicy but not overly wet. Burnt ends throughout the sandwich are always an amazing surprise. The fries were a perfect blend of crispy cooked and soggy, a variety I love. I cant get enough of the sweet tea. Even though its an order and seat yourself style place, someone will always come out and ask you how your meal is. The sandwiches come dry so you have to add your own sauce at the table. Choice of 4 options were Mustard BBQ, Original BBQ, Sweet City Sauce and my personal favorite Brush Fire BBQ. The Brush Fire sauce is a good blend of sweet and smokey heat. Best way to get a good amount of sauce distribution - remove top bun, dispense desired amount. Turn sandwich over, remove bottom bun and squirt some more. There are utensils if you dont like to get your hands dirty.... Roll of paper towels on each table for those of us that get a little messy. They also have a catering service to handle weddings and whatnot.

The girl with colored hair had nice hips and great boobs. It went downhill from there. I tried the beef brisket with country green beans and my wife had the pulled pork with corn pudding. The corn pudding was dry and bitter, certainly was not how mama used to fix it. I was content with the green beans, they tasted authentic. The meats were either smoked too long or left under heat lamps. We had to drown the cow just to choke its flavorless corpse down. The pig was easier to swallow, but only because it was shredded. For dessert, we had the franchise joints "highly recommended " sugar water. If you want sweet tea, dilute with 3 quarter cup of plain tea. Even my wife says shed have been happier with the breasts, and shes from up north, here.

My husband and I ordered take out at 8:30 tonight and I must say it was worse than fast food for $20 I paid for good meal. I thought. My husband went back in to get beef since they didnt cut his beef and grabbed a bunch of fat from an aluminum pan. I should have checked the rest because our fries were creasy and not cooked completely. The Turkey I got was dry not juicy at all and the hush puppies were creasy and not crunchy at all. Then we called about the food and the manager wanted to argue with my husband and then told me that he would refund our money and then I check by bank account and now they have charged my account twice instead of refunding the original charge. I will never go back to this location again. Worst service ever!!!

One of the best local restaurants in the Columbus area, Im from New York and rarely do I find quality restaurants with great food, good service, atmosphere and cleanliness. I must commend them for being open hours that people want to be there, I hate it when a business thinks they can get away with the being closed on a weekend day. A personal chef buy trade, so I love that they dont take shortcuts here, well worth the price, I usually go away having leftovers. These people know how to cook and know how to run a business. thank you

Was beyond terrible!! Greasy fatty and the side portions were small!! The pulled chicken tasted awful my son, daughter, boyfriend, and I all hated it!! I spent nearly $60 on crappy service and crappier food!! It was our first time and didnt get exactly what to do so we asked and was meet each time we had a question with an attitude by three different people!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN AND ILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO EAT THERE!!

We looked like rock stars to our out of town guests! Thanks to you all, our friends were so impressed, they went to one close to their home in Dayton and had it again a few days later! Thanks for always having a consistently delicious product and fast friendly service. We always get the brisket, pulled pork, green beans, baked beans, coleslaw and our favorite: peach cobbler... one of our favorite places in Columbus!

Ribs are always smoked to perfection. My son loves the pulled pork as well. The Mac and cheese has great flavor now. The new recipe is really good. The fries are a good mix of crispy and slightly soggy, which is a nice compliment to the meats. The banana pudding is a new recipe that includes caramel and graham cracker crumbs on top. Its a fantastic finish to a meal, if you can find room that is.

Reading reviews afterward it looks like I should have got the pulled pork. The brisket was good but not great. Same can be said for the sauces for the most part, though I was disappointed by the mustard/Carolina sauce as I love a good Carolina BBQ sauce. The bone of ribs was okay. The corn pudding was pretty good. The mac and cheese tasted less good than a KFC mac.

City BBQ is great! The pulled pork sandwich doesnt disappoint. The last time there though, I had a special sandwich (brisket, cheese, and peppers)...it was ok, but the cheese and peppers overpowered the BBQ. Go for the plain sandwiches and baked beans and you wont be sorry....

I have had better...My turkey was dry the people there seemed to be about them self when I told them I wasnt happy about the food they rolled their eyes an tried to fix my promble...then as I was walking away talked about me complaining wish I could give half a star

Way over priced food where they keep it in a warmer oven me and my wife went here and the staff aint friendly at all and are BBQ ribs where very dry was very disappointed in this place never coming back if you want high price dry food then this is the place

Consistently good bbq and great variety of sides. Looove their corn pudding! Great bbq chicken and pulled pork. Not the best brisket in town, it can sometimes be a bit dry, but its still pretty tasty.
