I went to GC store #0853 in Fairfield Oh on Nov 30,2015 People Listen I spent 31.29 take out order, I called to explained to them that Mexican rice was very salty I was unhappy with item I purchased I go there all the time 2-3 a week. A Manager stated to me that I had to bring it all back to them. I didnt ask for any money back because I eat there all the time But Ms Connie has the wrong customer first when some one tell you about a product that served to people that may have high blood pressure your food can be cause of this there blood pressure going up as a Manager you check the food and take it off the line have it remade no food should make you sick or your head hurt by something that you ate fromGC I will send my food back up there and then ask for my money back 31.29 asap Dont eat there because they really dont care just out make money the forks and knife are not clean or the plate this why I dont eat in any more if you do eat there check your plates and forks and also you drinks they have something in threw flowing around

We went on a Sunday but it was one of those prime rib weekends so it was expensive for 5 of us to eat. There were lots of open tables but they were all FILTHY!! There were people still eating enjoying their after church lunch however my family had a hard time finding a table that AT LEASE didnt have dishes on it. I had to stop a waitress after we had all gotten our food to ask for straws and coffee for my mother. She said she would bring it right to us and 10 mins later my mother got up to talk to who she thought was a manager since he was sitting in an office and he told her he was on the phone and to find someone else. I ended up getting our straws and finally found someone to get the coffee. When we left the tables that were covered in dishes were still covered in dishes and there was hardly anyone in the place. Very disappointed with this Golden Coral. Absolutely was not worth the money we paid and we will NEVER return to this location.

My family and I use to come here and enjoyed it, we went there today and the waiter TJ wiped a bugger out of his nose and I watched him do nothing. When he came to our table (we hadnt even sat down yet) I asked him if he had wached his hands I said it quietly and he said No I used hand sanitizer. He walked away and came back and said well I did use sanitizer I said okay but I still think its nasty that you didnt wash your hands. He acted like I was in the wrong, he went an complained to two other waiters and when I told the manager he did nothing, and acted like i was in the wrong because I wanted him to wash his hands and not get rude with me. I will never return here again, this place is very disgusting and they dont care who knows it.

we ate there at least 2 or 3 times a month but havent been back in 2 months took family there had worst dining experience ever I complained to manager and she did not care to make it right paid for 5 people had to wait forever to be seated with no one in line food all over the floor bathroom so nasty that I couldnt even go in there we had breakfast pancakes hard as rocks bacon burned to dust had food on my shoes sticky from it all over the floor orange juice was almost pure water I dont know why it was just so horrific that day but the worst part is that the manager didnt give a crap waitress was Becky she was trying to resolve the bad experience but manager wasnt having it

This place is the worst place I have ever eaten in my life. It is not even close to clean. Every table was dirty and the floors had more food on them than the buffet. Employees sat the whole time we ate. I was so disgusted by the place that I couldnt even eat more than one plate. I will never return to this location ever again. Its sad that busier establishments can keep a place spotless and welcoming, when they dont even serve the food all they do is refill drinks and sit around. Spend your money elsewhere avoid this location at all costs.

It wasok it is buffet the sign says 150 different items to choose from which is probably true but it was dirty every table that was empty was dirty and majority of food was not what i expected veronica was the girl who checked on our table she was pleasant and polite and one of the few things nice that i noticed i would not go back dinner was 13.99 which is not bad for all the options but you have to like the food i figured if you get a couple slices of prime rib and salad for that price it is worth it but the prime rib was not good either

This was my 2nd time visiting this restaurant. Saying that it is poorly managed is an understatement. Im in town again visiting family and Id completely forgotten about my horrendous previous experience. I went in today around 11 am (2/29/2016). The food already looked old. The scrambled eggs had formed an harden outer layer. The bacon was old and in a layer of grease. The all day breakfast actually looked like it has been sitting out all day. The salad bar want much better. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS GC AGAIN.

The broccoli and cauliflower are never done enough for seniors to chew. Most time there is no sign on the fish, dont know what kind it is? No one monitors the children, that mess in the food. Why dont you make an announcement once an hour or so, parents should prepare childrens meals. Some people I know stop coming because of children messing in the food!!!! I ran 2 girls away from sticking their fingers in the chocolate fountain. YUKK. I really like GC,especially the one at The Dayton Ohio mall,and Matthews NC!!

Only giving one star because zero isnt an option. We arrived at 11 am and the food had switched from breakfast to lunch but the signs were still on breakfast so you couldnt tell what the lunch items were. When we approached the manager to resolve the situation we were faced with an attitude from him. Every single item was over salted. My daughter decided to only eat Mac and cheese and fruit because how can you screw that up? We will be contacting corporate and never returning to that horrible place again.

Went at 10am on Sunday. Food was hot, but much of it was overcooked. Burnt hash browns, smoked sausage, rubber eggs,dry biscuts...... The omelette guy was great and nailed my order spot on. Sausage burrito with cheese was worth the time. Fruit was fresh and dessert bar was fine. Brunch/lunch rolled out at 11am. That was much better an well worth the wait. Pulled pork and Cajun chicken were very good. Fried shrimp and dirty rice were a win. Steak was medium and up, no MR or rare.
