I stopped in with friend, they had plenty of staff and not busy. We sat down and the waitress said she could wait on us right away at her station, so we moved there. She was arguing and disruptive to all the employees and the atmosphere carried over to all the workers. My friend ordered decaf coffee, the waitress said she would make the coffee and bring it then take our order. The coffee never came, she was banging the dishes and things so loud other customers were holding there ears and making eye contact with others about it. Others who came after us sat down where we were and got served. Dont know why she coursed us to sit in her area, maybe she was racist or thought we were good tippers??? I suggested to my friend we leave, the decision was very easy to make. I never ate at this one but the one on route 4 on Niles?? was always good. The food area were they cooked was dirty and I was afraid to eat there. Long story made short we left, no one said anything to us. We went to the other Waffle house, place was cleaner, good employee atmosphere, the old man cooking made a great breakfast and very fast service. The restaurants are so different. If Waffle House cared they would send someone to verify the restaurant and make changes. I will never go back to this Waffle House but drive father to the other one.

When I first got the bacon it was half-cooked with a white slime on it which looked like uncooked fat. I sent it back. It came back crispy but still had pieces of the white slime. The hash browns were originally brown on the top and raw potatoes in the middle. I get them with onions. I sent this back. It came back almost burnt with sauteed onions which I donreally care for. I ate what I could and was sick the rest of the day!

Experience was horrible. Whats crazy is that there was an off duty employee who came in after us, with her family and friends going behind the counter making and serving her family drinks. Not once did the staff even offer us a drink for our wait! The only reason Im giving them one star is because I dont have and option to leave NO stars! Dont waste your time money. They need to fire the staff and start over again!

The wait staff was absolutely terrible. I waited forever for my order to be taken. They ordered people ahead of me and and they were confused. The only reason Im giving 5 stars is because the cook(big bald black dude) was absolutely on point. He could have ran that place on his own. He reminded the wait staff to keep focused and was ready before they were the entire time I was there. Hes the real deal.

I understand that im here at 2am but i was expecting a little professionalism. Yeah, im an adult but the language being tossed around at the volume that it was made me really uncomfortable. Maybe Ill make a trip out during the day when its a little more family friendly. I didnt have to show an ID at the door so I dont expect this place to sound like a bar.

At night, this is a horrible place to eat at. I went tonight at 2am and order an allstar breakfast. They had forgot my sausage, the grits were runny, and my toast was burnt. I tried to call and let them know but there was no answer. I will not be returning. Im about to make a BBB report!

Wish they have waffle houses in Chicago. "Darien" was awesome. Very professional kept it real. Got my to go order on x mas eve in and out. This place also had a armed security guard in there, not sure what thats all about but the area seemed really nice and affluent.

Amazing food. Anthony Kimberly and Deborah were so sweet and really took good care of us. This was my first time and I was visiting from Fort Lauderdale and they made me Feel Welcomed and the food was delicious !
