Absolutely the worst customer service under the face of this earth. I walked in and placed my order to-go pretty quickly. A lady, possibly the friend of the female manager, walked in after me. She received her food before I did and she did not pay for her food. Also, the manager told the young man, whose name was Daniel, to take our order even though he was in the middle of his own meal. The cook, he looked like Beans from one of those Disney Shows, was very inconsiderate. It seemed to me that him and the female manager were in some sort of relationship; their whole conversation was all I heard. When I finally got my food, they were missing my eggs. Once I mentioned it, the cashier/male server gave me my eggs in a bowl with no lid. The cook, Mr. Beans, slammed the lid on and simply said, "dont forget the lid" and walked off to continue his conversation with the female manager and the friend. For being Waffle House, youd think the workers would understand that a tip is important. I did not leave one. The service and the treatment was highly unacceptable. Hire better staff that want to really work and treat customers like they are the greatest thing on earth (kind of). Horrible management.

$24 for a fiesta omelette and 2 orders of plain double waffle for pickup?! I know you charge extra for pickup but how much extra did you charge? Didnt realize i paid that much until i got home, was very tired from my night job and my kids requested to have waffle for breakfast. Update: even if i gave them cash for tip, i noticed that they added $$ more in the posted charge in my credit card account. great job!

They never answer the phone. Call in orders for pickup can be beneficial to customers and the business when you have people that want your food, but cant sit down to eat because of work. You guys are definitely losing business.

Our server was more concerned with his cell phone than anyone in the restaurant. The cook was pissier than usual for a Waffle House. Food was good. Dark waffle doesnt mean a light tan. Burn it.

Waffle house is a very easy going family friendly place. The food was served quickly and they are very consistent. I would have like a high chair did my 9 mo old but we enjoyed ourselves.

They dont answer the phones for takeout at night. I called until I arrived, and watched the avoid the phone with only 25% of the seats full. Long wait thereafter.
