So im on a road trip with my wife from Cleveland to Nashville and decide to visit some friends on the way. They live nearby this location somewhere around Cincinnati. Its the middle of the night so 20 minutes ago we decide to fill up and get something to eat from this place before we get a couple of hours of rest. My wife, who is three months pregnant, needs to use the bathroom. (seems like every ten minutes but...) Anyway, the plan was for her to go into waffle house and use the bathroom while I filled up gas. I was going to get a cup of coffee and whatever they had for eggs on the menu. I was hungry. I never made it in. While I was pulling up to park my wife came out visibly upset. Two trashy women and a young guy had been implying she was drunk and laughing at her for throwing up in the bathroom. Shes three months with morning sickness, shes always throwing up! I could see the brunette with the stupid looking hair style pointing and laughing at my wife on her way out of the door. I understand third shift usually has lower standards than day shift but really waffle house? These three employees representing you were pathetic. Ive never been to waffle house before but they werent about to get my money tonight. In fact, these two servers and that cook are lucky I was tired, in a hurry and not interested in having the police called on me in the middle of the night to ruin my road trip. Do not eat at this place. I never will.

My experience at this Waffle House was far from great. I tried to make the order easy for our waitress, which was 2 All-star meals with our eggs over easy, hashbrowns instead of grits, waffels and bacon. The hashbrowns were suppose to be scattered,smothered,covered,chunked and diced. It was served without the chili, when I brought it to the attention of the server she just replied that it was not ordered that way. Our bacon was supposed to be chewy, what we got was so crisp that you could have used it as bacon bits for a salad and it was forgotten till asked about. Our server walked past 4-5 times only asking once if everything was all right and before we could answer she walked off. We were never offered a refill for our drinks, which were empty half way through the meal. Our server was to busy doing everything else and talking to the bar customers that came into the place. We sat there for 10 minutes before she noticed that I was trying to get a check from her so that we could leave. What makes things even worse is was supposed to be a team leader for the store. If that is how a team leader is suppose to act then Waffle House is doing a very poor job in training their employees. We chose that store because it was close to the house for us but if this is the type of service that we are going to expect then we will drive 30 minutes out of our way to get the service that is deserved.

Having coffee this morning waiting for a buddy and staff started joking about police. A car was pulled over across the street. Ended up having four officers pulling up. " How many cops does it take to pull over one car... Oh they all must be hungry..."(next to a McDonalds) very disrespectful for the boys and gals helping to keep us safe.

I realize that this isnt Ruths Chris... but it would be nice if the staff took a class or two on the basics. I am in a restaurant... not in your living room. 1) Dont use profanity in front of guests 2) If you must smoke, use some febreeze. Im not in a bar.

Not a very clean place.staff need to wash their hands more frequently. Staff has careless attitude about service.Waitress sometimes forgets things you ordered. Gossiping amongst each other. Slow about cleaning tables. Very rarely get a good cook.

One of the best Waffle Houses in the area in my opinion. Its always clean, friendly and a nice environment! The staff is so friendly and always interact with you and ask how you are doing. The food is always good too! We love coming here!

While the food is usually good and the service usually acceptable, in the summer I freeze my arse off in there - and this causes the food to get cold before I ever finish it.
