Drive thru is always at least a 20 minute wait, so I decided to go inside which wasnt any better. The cashier must have had a bad day and was just ready to go home, I tried to interact but there was no smile, no friendly banter just give me your order so I can go home. Then the guy who was cleaning didnt have a uniform on, he was just walking around the lobby, stacking chairs onto the tables in his dirty looking street clothes with headphones on singing out loud as the customers sat eating their food. It was just an overall bad experience for me, look someplace else if youre hungry.

The service speed at lunch was awful. I waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes before the worker took my order. He was too busy helping fill drive thru orders and had no motivation to work fast. When it finally *was* my turn, he didnt apologize for the wait or even attempt to smile. He was just short of rude. On top of that, my food was lukewarm, and didnt look very fresh, even for Taco Bell. Oh, and I had to wait 10 more minutes to actually get my basic order of 2 tacos. Avoid this place like the plague it is.

Very slow service. Great quality. The much longer wait is worth it, I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to this taco Bell over the one on SOM and Euclid... The workers have never messed up my order and actually take the time to label items with special ingredients - a first for a Taco Bell for me. Excellent overall. I dont mind the slow drive thru since it means never getting the wrong thing.

Absolutely awful at night. The time that people want Taco Bell the most, and the staff doesnt know how to take an order. Asked for a crunchwrap with no sour cream and no tomato. One side was nothing but sour cream. Order an XL burrito with steak. Got ground beef, BUT PAID FOR STEAK! Drive thru clerk doesnt hide that they are miserable about being there. Just an all and out bad experience.

We ordered our food at 6:56 pm. Got it at 7:25 pm. They skipped us and didnt realize it. Then it took another ten minutes for them to make it. In all, it took 30 minutes to get our "fast food". To top it off, the employee who handed us our food was super rude to us and snapped a snide "youre welcome" at us when we took it. Horrible service.

They are incapable of getting an order right. Not once have they given us the right food. And we live 15 minutes away so its annoying to have to drive back and fourth because their employees are complete idiots who cant complete a simply fast food order correctly. Honestly, these are the people that want $10/ Hour? Please.

Good grief they are the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. They take at least 10 minutes to take an order for a car in the drive through and theres not even a lot of people inside. I dont know what the problem is but itd be faster to cook everything myself which defeated the purpose of paying you to do it for me.

Staff would rather talk than make/serve food. Go through the drive thru and you may as well put your car in park for how long it is going to take to get your food. The only saving grace is that the food is good but the wait times and staff at this location leave much to be desired.

I dont normally review place but I saw the other reviews and was alittle worried about coming here. Food was excellent, staff was friendly. Very satisfied! And as the sign says inside, "youll love it or well eat it". If you werent satisfied with your service talk to the staff

If I could rate zero stars, I would. The health department needs to shut this store down. They handle food without gloves and theyll clean debris from the floor and continue to prepare food without changing the gloves or washing their hands. Very rude and unsanitary

The line is always long always have problems with them either there credit card machine doesnt work or they run out of meat like how does a taco bell run out of meat are you serious they should either get new workers or shut that location down

Its like your average Taco Bell. They always get the order right and fill the tacos really well. Only problem I have is with the drivers who are on their phones and hit the back of my car a few times while in line.

Everything has worms. I bit into a taco and ot came maggots. Taco Bell? More like Taco Hell. Awful. SO bad. There was bean dip on the toilet seat. Asked for free water, the said he toilets that way.
