Dont let the storefront fool you. I have been going here for many many years. This is an outstanding Thai family run restaurant that resides in the local neighborhood. The prices are modest for the size of the portions. Wine by the glass or bottle is very reasonable. Service is prompt, friendly and VERY accommodating. Add the superb food like their lemon grass soup or seafood medley and you have a great opportunity here! We have brought seasoned world travelers, foodie bloggers and even snarly teenagers here and all have always left pleased and planning to come back! By the way, their normal hot is a mild by Asian standards to accommodate US palates but they will gladly prepare their spicy dishes "Thai hot" if you can handle it!

Best Thai we have had locally. My wife and I have been here several times and even taken the kids and we all love it. Very allergy friendly which is nice. Just a quiet little authentic Thai food spot. Not flashy inside with a smaller seating area its not going to immediately impress you, just let the food do the talking. Food always comes out fast and at a very agreeable temperature showing how freshly prepared it is for you. We have tried many dishes and loved hem all; they have a 1-4 heat index with their curries, we have tried a 3 which is spicy enough and we love hot stuff so beware 1-2 is probably plenty for most. Definetly give it a try!

Weve been a customer since they were a take out place on Warrensville Rd. Food is still good. Best Thai food in town. However, service is getting worse. The last few times we were there we felt rushed. The server came and asked "Done?" and without waiting for an answer took away the plate which contains the sauce that I was till eating. Then we werent even done eating when she gave us boxes and the check without asking whether we wanted dessert. And it wasnt that we sat for a long time or there were people waiting to be seated. Again, were a fan of the food, but the last few times have been disappointing experience.

Weve ate here many times with no issues with the service or food. The most recent visit was just the opposite. We came in and we were seated right away, but we were waiting for our server to arrive. Another couple came in a few minutes after us and were already placing their order. The coconut soup was lukewarm and the dinner portion size was below the normal standards. The server was not very attentive, and we had to keep asking for drink refills. Spent $60 and left hungry. This listing needs to be $$$ and not $$, because they are pricy. Im not sure if we will be back. We will see.

This place was great. I went in a party of 5, none of us had been there before. I asked for some suggestions and was quickly given a tour of the menu and what some were some of the more popular dishes. The menu uses a 1 to 4 * spicyness ratting system (1 being mild). Everyone in our party liked there dish, a big + for any new place. From the out side it doesnt looked like much just a bay in the center of a strip center. On the inside it was warm and inviting with a well themed decor and professional wait staff.

We have been going here for years. The food is consistently outstanding. We love Thai food and have eaten at most area Thai restaurants. Bangkok is among the very best with a nice interior- much improved since their move many years ago from their warrensville location. The prices are reasonable and their service is always with a smile. If you are looking for a nice evening with friends and excellent flavorful food, look no further, Bangkok is your place. Bangkok is also an excellent take out option.

My wife and I have been there multiple times and love it each and every time! She usually gets the Pad Thai but Ive experimented with different curries which have all been amazing. Some spicier than others with various flavors but all perfectly spiced and balanced. Tom Kha Gai soup is also very good! Excellent food and well priced ($$-$$$) Serving staff is friendly and speak enough English to get you through your meal. Seems to be family owned. Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Food was not that great. Bland (no brown sugar), very runny almost like soup/watery, and egg plant was hard as a potato... Lets say I have had many better versions and I would not visit this place again. Possibly had resemblance of being frozen and un-thawed. Hot and Sour Soup I did not find appealing, and I put the mushrooms in the red curry. One Star for the Fried Spring Rolls and Chili Sauce, wish I ordered just that...

Weve been frequenting this place and although the food is usually - although not consistently - good, the owner is beyond rude. On the nights she was out on the floor weve always had a terrible experience. She acts like every customer is out to rob her and has apparently never heard of customer service. Also dont try to make any additions or alterations to the dishes - they will charge you an arm and a leg.

Excellent thai food. Flavors are great. Portions are big. Service is very friendly. Overall good quality ingredients and food. Great local family run business that deserves our business and recommendations. They could do better in terms of lighting. It will not only make the ambiance more pleasant but also highlight their ethnic decor .

Loved it. Will definitely go back! Side note, the spice scale is one to four stars. Do NOT expect to be able to tolerate all 4 stars on the heat level. My boyfriend forgot what the heck he was doing and got six. It made for an uncomfortable night for everyone. I did 2 on my crazy noodles and the spice was enough to clear out my head cold.

I have been going to Bangkok Thai for years and the food is absolutely phenomenal. I usually get the chicken Thai kra pow or the veggie Crazy Noodles (and I get the Thai spicy level for both) and they are delicious. Whenever my Mom is in town from CO she suggests going to Bangkok Thai for at least one of our dinners out.

Small, authentic Thai restaurant. Ive been here several times for lunch and the food is always excellent. The crazy noodles are exceptional. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service is very fast and friendly. The restaurant is also very clean. Prices are average and very reasonable for lunch. Highly recommend.

Tried this place for the first time on Saturday night with my dad and it was great. He had eaten there before but it was my first time. A little busy but it was a Saturday night. Service and atmosphere was great and the pad Thai was amazing. I will be back.

Worst customer service....To add to it, poor quality of food... I ordered on phone , they take wrong orders... prepare food that you did not ask for... Charge the extra amounts , when you ask them they tell you to wait for 15 min for preparing again ....

Great experience, and all their dishes are made to look fancy shmancy (carrot flowers). If you like spicy, err on the side of more stars. They have a 4 star spicy scale, and my dish was 2 stars but it really tasted more like 0 or 1 star.
