There was an employee named kharnia (or something like that)on 6-17-17 that took my 13 year old sons phone from him and did a survey on herself on his phone. And he never told her that she could do that!!! She didnt even give him his food and when he asked for his order again she didnt give him the right food. Totally unacceptable!!! Employees should NEVER take a customers phone!!!!!

Horrible, horrible! Half of the order was missing, the half we had was wrong. When we were telling the supervisor, he was looking at us like if we were lying. At no time did they apologize and to excuse themselves, he said the girl rang it up wrong. Then to top it off, what they gave wrong, they asked for it back. Really?!? Worst taco bell ever and horrible customer service!!

Usually fast, clean, and okay on food. On this visit, I was disappointed though. The chalupa I ordered was not fresh it was hard and stale......very disappointing when you are craving a fresh yummy chalupa, but was running too late to get others their food to return and didnt want they others food to get cold and nasty.

I ordered a Steak XXL Burrito without Pico. I received a beef XXL instead. I called to report the mistake and it was remade. This time although it didnt have the Pico, it had tomato in it. I am highly allergic to the tomatoes to the point of it closing off my airways. I am glad I checked it before I ate it.

2 time I go there. first time I ate there I got so sick the next day. Month went by and my boyfriend and I decided to give it another chance being that it was the only place open at that time and our food was old, so I couldnt even chew on the first bite I took! Gross..
