Travelers Delight ! I travel frequently and my stops at the Waffle House chain are not often - I do try and eat fairly healthy when I am on the road. The challenge with Waffle House is that they are many times very busy when I stop by and while always friendly, the chaotic nature is unsettling in the morning. This review will not be about the food. If you are stopping at a Waffle House, and you are looking for reviews on the food, then something is wrong. I stopped by this facility on a Thursday morning and the staff was pleasant, the facility clean, the crowd minimal, and the experience was good. I would recommend this for travelers as a good "not next to a highway" Waffle House.

If you want poor service, nasty food, and to be in a dirty environment then this is the place to go. The waitress that served us was so short and rude, and she pretty had an "What do you want" attitude. The cook who made our food was an elderly man who did not have gloves on and he appeared to have scabs on his hand! He made our hash browns and patted them down with his bare hands.. Another waitress also dropped a pan on the extremely filthy floor and just through it back in the cabinet. Worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life. You can bet I will never eat at waffle house again.

They absolutely CREMATED one side of my grilled cheese sandwich, served it to me burnt-side down and then the waitress ignored my attempts to wave her down and not once was I asked if my food was okay. The check made it to the table okay, though, because she made sure to drop it as she ran past the table without a seconds pause after wed been sitting there 15 minutes with my (now burnt-side up!) sandwich that Id only taken the one bite from in front of me. It disappeared while we waited behind someone else to pay for the privilege.

You know its bad when they arent very busy and still manage to completely ignore you for 10min to then start taking other peoples order that came in after you...You shouldnt be a server if your too Old to see the customers in your restaurant never goin to this location again...Beware of the slow old servers they all seem to have dementia n suffer from acute selective temporary blindness!and I have nothing against older ppl ive been better server by the elderly at other restaurants..

I would give this is a zero start rating if I could!!! As we sat at the lower bar area a roach crawled inches away from our food. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told a manager was not present at that time. The cook then told us he was basically the manager on duty. Staff did not seem to care that a live roach crossed our table top. As we spoke to the cook about our issue another smaller live roach crawled in between the crack of the fridge. we did NOT finish our food.

There is two people in here that I will only let serve. Linda and Nena. They are the best employees that Waffle House has. Without them I refuse to eat. They have always made sure my order was correct and done the way I like. Never let my glass get completely empty. Always have a huge smile on and in great moods even on there busies nights. I would rather stand and wait for there section then sit else where. So I highly recommend it

Waste of money. The server wasnt good at her job at all. She took our order and got our drinks for us drinks then ignored us the entire time afterwards. When I go out to eat I expect the food to be good. Everything was either undercooked or overlooked. I will not be coming back. As a sever myself I know when a server is good or bad energetic or lazy. Horrible experience.

Ive eaten in many different WH in multiple states. I must say this is the best location Ive visited.. Friendly staff quick food. I guess managment makes a diffrence, i watched william (manger) as he helped instead of giving orders. Waiters and cooks seemed to enjoy their job...kuddos ...

Time to put what these muppets have to say to rest. This place makes good food. I myself order to go, I like to eat at home. I live close to here and this place is a Waffle House like any other. Good food at a good price. Place looked pretty clean to me and I saw a friendly wait staff.

We eat there every Sunday. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Service and food has always been great. Tammy is awesome and has been there forever. Margarette is super nice and really cares about her customers. Bonnie is always smiling and helpful.

My food was ordered for me while I was on my way to the restroom. By the time I got back to the table, my tea was there. The food arrived 5 min later. It was fresh and delicious. My coffee was fresh and hit the spot. All together great experience!

The people there are good they say hello when you first walk in you do not have to wait long at all to get orders out their prompt and ready to serve with a friendly smile and the place is always kept extremely clean along with the bathrooms

Had the best expirience here! They have awesome food and great service! my sandwich came in less than 5 minutes! Their coffee is amazing. I LOVE WAFFLE HOUSE! My server maddie was excellent and was funny ,friendly, and fast!
