I called in ahead for a to go order and when I arrived this location was packed and over parked. Now I traditionally prepare waffle house over Dennys or IHOP, however, what I love about this location is that regardless of how packed they were they did not skip out one bit on the service. This location did not just focus on making excellent food but also on providing customers with the best and fastest service possible. There was someone at the door ready to greet and assist you and even though my order was a to go order, and everyone was busy preparing orders or doing something, someone still came to assist me in seconds. They were friendly and smiling and treated their customers like #1.

There was a young lady that was eating right behind the counter. She would prepare someones food then take money go eat her food and then go back and prepare someone elses food all without washing her hands. I pointed out that that was against the health department sanitation code and she Shrugged it off and continued to eat her food. They put money in the Jukebox at 10 oclock in the morning and it was blaring so loud me and the other person I was with could not carry on a conversation. On top of that they were standing behind the counter having personal conversations being loud and obnoxious. When you have no money to pay your bills realize its because you gave crappy service.

Horrible horrible horrible and did I mention horrible? It took the waitress 2 minutes to figure out our drinks. Two chocolate milk, lemonade and two waters with lemon. So I think OK maybe she in training lets me patient. Then it took a good 5 minutes to give our order. Were getting so frustrated at this point we go to the cook and he takes care of it. The cook even had to explain to her what our order is. My child biscuits and gravy was burnt and runny . Overall I will never ever go back to that location. Best Waffle House is in Kansas City and thats 1300 miles away. Highly suggest better training and management skills need a huge tune up.

On September 17th 6a.m. our waiter was Jonathan. First off he picked his nose multiple times and scratched his scalp over our drinks and then at the end of the service he told me my total was 10.90 I gave him a 20 and got 7 dollars back. He forgot what we ordered when it came time to get the check and it was my birthday I cant call because the number isnt the one for waffle house. I ordered hot chocolate after getting a dirty cup with orange juice and it took him 30 minutes to get.... I guess he forgot because we had our food first. Idk but I was completely pissed off and it kind of ruined my birthday.

Service was awesome. Our waitress Cynthia the best! On the other hand, the guys in the kitchen were training a new kid which by the way he was doing good, but there was this other waitress named Kayla that was just being flat out rude to the kid. Talking about him like if he wasnt 4 inches away from her. That to me says a lot, she has no team work on her. Instead of talking behind the kids back all she had to do was show him. I guess she forgot that she was on those shoes not to long ago.

I call to put a order in for pickup and they put me on hold for 20min i show up at the store and the manager was standing right by th phone .i tough he was going to apologize but not. i still order my food because i like the food but the service is bad really bad is the third time i have the same bad service in 4 times i come in at this store on top of that they didnt even offer me any discounts i hope the district management will do something about it...... thank you

Best Waffle house experience we`ve had in many many years!!! Traveled past the filthy Daniels Pkwy Waffle house so we wouldnt have to worry about their numerous ants infestation. The waitress was very attentive and sweet. Some of the food was slightly overcooked but still enjoyable. And its super clean, 1 yr old establishment. We definitely recommend going out of your way for this Waffle house. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!! Well be back!

It was my birthday I came into eat with my friends right off the back a girl named Ashley and other black woman with short hair that worked there were rude and didnt say anything. Then comes along this man named Johnathan he was such an awesome helpful person. Hes definitely a good employee and shows the true definition of good customer service.

the servers wouldnt even clean up the counter that i sat at waiting 6 minutes to be greeted. i sat in front of an old t bone steak dinner which was form the customers before me. i ordered my food went back to my car and the same nasty dishes were still sitting on the counter after i paid for a picked up my food. lazy servers

Food was fairly quick but we both had bacon and eggs yet my eggs were runny and undercooked. Both of our bacon were borderline raw(ordered crispy). Out of both orders (10 total pieces) there were 3 edible pieces. Place was clean but the stars reflect the cooks more than anything.

Honestly the day shift isnt bad at all, but the 3rd shift there is horrible. Long waits for food and extremely rude servers. Talked to management about their 3rd shift and I dont think anything has been done. Go during the day and stay away after midnight!

Cleanest and most enjoyable Waffle House I have been to. The usual very small and affordable menu. Service was just fine. It might be a no-brainer, but the waffles are the star of the show. Order one for a normal breakfast, 2 or more if youre hungry.

Horrible......received salad without salad dressing. completely out of ranch salad dressing and waiter never even asked if i would like a different dressing.....One item at a time instead of entire dinner. Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!

You know what, parking was spotty but it was clean, the menu was simple and easy and had all the calories for everything which I loved and they were fast! I have missed you waffle house, glad you hit florida hard last year!!!

I have been going to this Waffle House since it opened have only gotten order correctly two times . Any other Waffle House it has always been Great Ive been eating at Waffle House since 1973 what is wrong with this one.

Came here at midnight to get my shredded hash brown fix after a long travel day. You rarely find shredded hash browns in Vancouver. Scattered and chunked with loads of Tabasco and a bit of ketchup. What a delight!

This was the best waffle house we have ever eat at. The service was exceptional, everyone was helpful and kind. The food was cooked exactly to order and was very good. For a waffle house, I was very impressed.
