Beware! THIS PLACE WILL CHEAT YOU. The management of this place is more interested in making a few bucks than making anything right with their customers. As far as the food is concerned, it’s passable Chinese buffet fare. Nothing really pops out as interesting or novel in any way (except maybe the lobster, but see below for that part of the story). As would be expected, everything was too oily, salty, or sweet (sometimes all three). The sushi was embarrassingly flavorless, and the lobster (when there was any to get) was chopped up and covered in some sort of savory sauce. I’m assuming the sauce was to cover up the funk from it lacking any natural flavor because of being frozen. My real beef with this place, however, is the extraordinarily bad management. I came in with a very large group of 26 people. It was Friday, which is apparently “Lobster Night.” Of the 25 people, only 10 were interested in eating the frozen, over seasoned crustaceans. Ten were children, none of whom ate any seafood, and the other five were adults not interested in the lobster-ish. When our check came, we were surprised to find out that they charged us three extra dollars for each person (including the children) because we “didn’t tell them we weren’t all eating lobster.” After a frustrating discussion with the manager, he asserted that the first person there said we were all eating lobster, and that they just went with what that guy said. As it turns out, he meant that he and his wife (a small part of our larger group) was eating lobster, and the waitress misunderstood. When we shared this with him, he simply stated “that’s our policy.” He was unable to compromise even though it was very obvious that his policy was standing in the way of treating the customer fairly. That the management of this place would view a few extra bucks as more important than the fair treatment and satisfaction of 25 customers flies in the face of any best practices in hospitality management. The fact is, we were cheated out of $40-$50 by this restaurant. We were charged for a service that we didn’t receive. I’ll repeat it below. WE WERE CHEATED OUT OF MONEY BY THIS RESTAURANT. WE WERE CHARGED FOR A SERVICE THAT WE DIDN’T RECEIVE, AND THE MANAGEMENT SHOWED NO INTEREST IN MAKING THAT RIGHT WITH US.

We went out to eat today at this Supreme buffet in Hilliard Ohio around 5 Pm for dinner, the food wasnt fresh, most of the fish and poultry are reheated and put back to the buffet, not much of a selection like they advertise, so we decided to try a hibachi and have the chef cook our meat and rice, but we couldnt risk it because the meat looked old, brownish colored and it smells bad, we told the manager to kindly put fresh pieces in there but she was very rude and refuses to do so and even refuses to remove the bad meat out of the tray, in fact she was too busy texting on her phone and fingers the meat to look at and put it back!!! I was literally shocked when she done that, microbes and germs are everywhere, not a clean place to eat, will make you sick, if you dont believe me look at their bathrooms, its disgusting the waiters and waitresses are friendly but the managers are horrible and all they care about is money and not the health and wellbeing of the customers, a health inspector should definitely go there for a surprise visit. We used to eat there for the last 1 1/2 years. We went there yesterday on the last day of 2014 for lunch. We arrived at 3:10 pm. There was a chalkboard on the door "New Years Evening Dinner $15.99 Lobster and crabs". We asked if we still could have lunch, since we had Dinner plans later on that night. That was alright and we got seated. The lunch buffet was smaller then usual, although not fresh and some things not even warm. Normally they have mussels and shrimp, not yesterday. We started with a soup and some salad and got up for our normal plate. There were fresh coconut shrimp and mussels. I took some, with some other things and went back to the table. The waitress rushed to me and asked if we would like to stay for dinner, what we declined. She told me my plate was "Dinner". I found it puzzling, I didnt have lobster or shrimp. Just the entrees they always have. She grabbed the plate and left. I felt humiliated and found it all very disturbing. My husband got up and got a plate with beef, mac and cheese and a roll. Same thing happened to him. She waitress showed us a dinner sign, that was laying flat on top of the buffet so nobody could see it. We asked for our check and went to the register. The "Lady" was even more unfriendly. I asked for the owners name. She said she doesnt know the owners name. I asked for the manager. She said "No manager, manager in China". She was lying straight into my face without hesitation. It was a horrible experience. We will not go there EVER again and I will make sure I will tell all my friends and customers about it as well. That was the worst experience ever. Terrible, just terrible.

This place has 2 sides to sit and eat with the buffet in the middle. They placed us on the open side which was probably 55% full. There was a table yelling and cussing. They sat us beside this table with 2 young children. As my husband and children went to the bathroom to wash the guy continued to get ridiculous with cussing at the table next to us. I got up and went to the front to ask if we could sit on tthe there side of the buffet. The lady at the front stated that it was not open and we could just sit in the back of the room where this guy was yelling and cussing. I said thats ok we will just be leaving. She then took us to the other side of the buffet. Which I was happy with. This side was clean compared to the dirty side we were originally sat at. We got the our plates and my husband ate a salad and went to get aa other plate with veggies and other food. As he is eating there is a big black hair in it. We were both grossed out that we couldnt eat any more. There was no apology for it just was told he could get another plate. I said no we are done. I said I am not paying full price for my husband because he barely ate. OOur sever said we could take it up front.
