Horrible!! My family and I enjoy the ability to go to a restaurant and allow our young children create their own dinner. Buffets are usually quite a plus for large families with small children. Unfortunately, we will NOT be returning! We should of known it would be a poor experience from the moment we walked in and were informed by the cashier "Sorry, our CO2 machine is down, we only have water and tea" As horrible as this may of been for our family, we realize machines malfunction and break and tried to let it go. . ya right. As she was ringing us out she gave us a glass of ice and said "Sorry, we have to brew more tea, ask your server and shell fill you up" Ugh really?... okay. As we walked around to find a seat... we were DISGUSTED at the look of the place. Food was EVERYWHERE on the floors, around the buffet trays... literally everywhere. It looked like a slop house. I probably could of made a whole buffet out of what was on the floors and around the heating trays. Despite the fact the this place was totally unclean, we decided to still try and find a spot as our little ones were excited and hungry. When we FINALLY found ONE table that was fairly clean, we sat down. We went up to the buffet one by one, only to come back practically empty handed. I would say a good 50% of what was supposed to be up there, was empty! Empty heating trays, trickles of food, and no servers around to help. My husband ended up soley eating some potato salad and rolls because everything else was gone. We waited... trying to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt as it was dinner time... but NOPE... no refills. UGH! Our server did not come around to fill my husbands sweet tea (THE FIRST TIME!) until about 25 min into our dinner. As a matter of fact, we couldnt even find a server in our area! When she came around she rudely said "Where you the one who wanted tea?" Umm, yes, but no, we havent complained to anyone.... (yet). We only saw our server ONE more time... when she was vacuuming our area, and came up to our table and others, removed an unused seat and VACCUMED UNDER OUR TABLE WHILE WE WERE EATING! Really??? I could go on and on about the grossness, non-existing services, and just plan lack of quality of this place.... but Ive already written a book here. All in all.. families.. .there are plenty buffets in the Columbus area... so RUN, dont walk from this place!!

You would think being located in Dublin this place would be somewhat decent.......not the case at all! 1) the food wasnt even hot, barely luke warm. 2) after you pay and actually walk in you see how dirty it truly is. 3) dont eat the steak the older man who cooks and cuts it doesnt care if he drops his knife on the disgusting floor hes reusing it. 4) parents dont watch their small kids and let them roam free so I watched one little girl get a marshmallow on a stick, eat it, and then put the stick back in with the other unused sticks. I also watched a little boy stick his hand in the chocolate fountain so they had to turn it off....not to clean and replace it for others to use but to just leave it off. 5) Im not made of money so I called to see how much it would be for my kids and how much for each adult which was $8 something for an adult plus the cost of a drink... altogether it shouldve been about $60.....no I was charged $70 bc they charged me $13.99 for a premium adult buffet..plus the cost of a drink at $2.29..(there was nothing premium about it). Then theres the bathrooms.......to think about the smell of womens bathroom makes me want to vomit. There were feces on not in but ON all but one toilet....again the smell!! Toilet paper all over the floor....just plain horrendous. I could go on but I think you get the point.

Very disappointed in this restaurant! This is my second visit here in a few years! On my first visit service was horrible. I felt very uncomfortable. Not making this a racial issue but on the day that I came, the area I was sitting in, it was three familys. It was my family another family of color and a Caucasian couple. Our waiter only acknowledge the Caucasian couple we had to service our own selves. My daughter spoke up and asked if he was our waiter and he said yes how can I help you... He never introduced himself in the first place then next thing we know another waitress came over and apologized and begin to service our table and stated that the waiter was about to leave he never left he just did not want to serve us. She was really nice though. The second incident was the next week I was invited to come back out against my better judgement I went. My grandchildren went to go use the restroom I can see the back from from where I was sitting I let them go there was another lady in the bathroom with her daughter and a couple other women there a man walks in the bathroom and just begin cleaning as if there wasnt women and three children in the bathroom when the manager was address he pretended as if the man did nothing wrong because he was cleaning. That made me feel really uncomfortable I will never come back here again.

More like the bronze corral. In we walked and on the floor, Was a sticky substance that disgusted us four. And then I noticed that the counter was filled, With a brown fluid as my card was billed. Up we walked up to get our food, The crusty covering on the taco meat was quite crude. The meat was so tough that as I tried to cut through, My fork slipped and flung rice on my shirt that was new. The second plate was just alright, But the choice to come here was not so bright. Yes I went back up to give this place another shot, It could not get much worse I thought. Again this trip was not so grrreat, As the custard machine had a blowout on my plate. The ice cream server overfilled my bowl like she was feeding a whale, And leading back to my plate was a caramel trail. I went to the bathroom to wash off my hand, And this experience was not so grrrand. The ground was so sticky with a scummy juice, That I thought my feet never would come loose. On my way back I couldnt believe my eyes, On the clean plates was quite the surprise. At this dinner meal stuck in the top plate was a little treat, Leftover bacon, dry and dishwashed meat. Back to the hotel we drove in despair, All of us could not stop blowing air. If you want to come here, I warn you now, This Columbus joint is quite foul!

My return to Golden Corral after experiencing food poisoning years ago did not go well. Trust me - I stayed and ate because I was hungry, not because of the quality. Entrance line took forever because people were cutting in line. Yes! Grown people were doing this! Could not find a place to sit. There were several open tables, but none of them were bussed. Floors were gross. "Family friendly" restaurants must be code for "let your kids run wild." I dont know how many times someones f-ing kid knocked into me nearly causing me to lose my food. Kids running around, rough housing, making a mess at the deserts station (was a disaster). I went to the bathroom (where you will find snot and boogers wiped on the stall walls) and as I open the door, 3 kindergarten age little girls follow me in -- by themselves! **Attention kidnappers - easy pickings here at Golden Corral, parents dont seem to give a f--k!** Golden Corral needs to at least ask that their patrons behave in a civil manner and control their sorry excuses for offspring. Still saw food stuck on the silverware and plates. The staff seemed very demoralized and unapproachable. Someone stick a fork in this place. Its done. Put it out of its misery. Thanks for reinforcing my lack of faith in humanity.
