Ive been coming to this location for years and its been going down hill for the past few times Ive been there. Todays visit was the worst experience. They need new staff. They were all slow and acted like they had no idea what they were doing. The meat guy was screaming to us from the back asking us "whatchu want" instead of being pleasent. The two up front girls getting the sides had no clue what they were doing. One of them, who was helping a lady in front of me, kept asking her about our food instead of what the lady actually ordered. The cashier who rang us up, didnt ring up the 2 for 20 after we already said it was the 2 for 20. Then on top of it, they said we couldnt use the coupon for it, even though it doesnt state on the coupon ANYWHERE, that you cant use them with the 2 for 20 deal. After that, the cashier started to walk away from us after cashing us out, without giving us our cups or saying thank you, have a nice day. Nothing. Just walks away... You guys should probably hire some new staff members, who know what theyre doing and how to talk to customers.

The worst customer service ever manage Kevin likes to close a hour early and then give attitude for us wanting to know why was told after I asked for a corporate number he was going to call the cops lol I will never give the location or any other Boston markets my business ever again and after I let all my friends on social media know how this place operates they wont either your over pieced already then your managers conduct themselves like teenage children Ill be going else where from now on ty

The restaurant isnt very clean. We wiped our own table down with a wipe and it was filthy. Flies and gnats were flying around our table. Very loud music in dining room area and bathroom. Food and staff were good.

Even on Easter Day, with a constant line of at least 25 people deep, the staff the was awesome, fast and polite. Food was fresh and hot too!!!! These guys deserve more than 5 stars!!!
