I called and ordered ribs, and chicken. They brought me no ribs, and two small portions of chicken for $17. The driver acted like he did not want to call, and inform them that they messed up on my order. They closed at midnight, i was calling them at 12:17pm, they were still there. However they were not picking up, and the driver pretty much refused to call them himself. I tipped the driver, but sent him on his way with the food. I will never order from this place again, they have very poor customer service. I am at work all night, with no food. Thank you!

The food was great but I waited over an hour to eat. I dont mind waiting as long as I know they are busy but they forgot my order until I called to ask whats going on. They could have called and apolpgized but no they just let me wait for another 15 mins. The guy who answered my phone call was rude. He kept talking over me and not letting me say a thing. He was condescending and I just wanted to be heard. It is a shame because I really liked the food but because of the service I will never order from there again.

Very good pizza. Huge menu, so there are options for pretty much everyones appetites. Four stars for the pizza, but minus a star because their ordering phone line is a bit unreliable. The number is to their headquarters. You tell them which location you want and they send the order to it. I tried ordering from the closest one to my house, which had been open for 2 weeks at the time, and they had no record of that store yet so I ended up having to order for a store farther away.

This place is completely incompetent. I ordered food to be delivered to my house, they gave me a price, and a time of 45 minutes. After waiting for 65 minutes I called the place, and they had no record of my order. This place is very unprofessional, there are a lot more reliable services in the area, do not order from this one.

I ordered a pizza with stuffed cheese crust, and never got that. I had to call two different stores to find out which one it was delivered from for it to be replaced. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and offered to replace it with what I originally ordered. The replacement pizza turned out to be wrong again.

I have been ordering pizza from passport for at least 3 years (1-2 days a week) and myself and my family love it! Any problems we ever had were resolved quickly and respectfully (very rare) my son has autism and is very picky! And he will not eat pizza anywhere else! We love passport Pizza so much Im ordering now!

Granted no lobby area, the food here is always good and the staff is great considering the area. Love the wings! And Mercedes, They dont have cheese stuffed crust pizza. They use fresh not frozen.
