My mom ordered food with her name from her account online, sent my dad to pay for it with her card because they do not accept online payment, but the workers refused to accept the card. They said they needed ID, which my dad provided, and then claimed they werent able to give him the pizza because he was not the card holder or he was not the person who placed the order even though the last name and address were the same as my moms. (They never said which reason is was, but Im assuming it was either of those.) My dad drove back home, told my mom, and she drove there herself. My mom walked in, said "Can I have my pizza?" in a fairly calm manner, and the cashier said "You dont need to be speaking like that." My mom, obviously annoyed at this point, said "Yes I do." and the cashier continued to argue until the manager came over. My mom explained the problem, and that my dad has authorization legally to use her card, and the manager said "That has always been our policy." However, my dad has used my moms card at this very Pizza Hut NUMEROUS times before, and has never had a problem until now. My mom got the pizza, and as she was walking out the manager again said "That has always been our policy." and gave a snarky "Sorry." at the end. Due to the inconvenience, we are now sitting here eating lukewarm pizza with a vow to never purchase from this place again.

Managers an idiot! We called the store after we arrived home and discovered our pizza was burnt, but we were put on hold for 10 minutes with no one picking up from hold....so I drove up to the store. There are four employees and the manager is the only one working, making the pizzas. She saw that I arrived back with a pizza and she continued to make pizzas, making me wait, then she goes into the back room, then comes over to check the oven, then addresses my concern. No "sorry" or "is there anything else e can do for you", just says "It will be twelve minutes until its done". Once its done, she doesnt even open the box for me to look at it, I have to turn the box around and open it to double check it! Again no...Is there anything else we can do or sorry or compensation of any sort. I had to drive 5 miles back, sit 12 minutes and wait again, and then she makes a comment about my attitude when I leave?!?...You gotta be kidding. Pizza Huts service will now be the discussion of slamming and telling everyone I know on social media and discussions how this company rather shoot themselves in the foot and send business to other pizza companies....and there are plenty of others to choose from.

This is the most inconsistent pizza place in the world. Sometimes you get your food hot and on time and other times you do not even receive your food... Then when you call to ask the status of your delivery they lie and say they called you to tell you they cannot deliver your order because their driver got sick..however they actually never did call you... they only have one driver on a Friday night... Thats unbelievable in my opinion.. they also have the smallest delivery zone I have ever heard of... They have about a 1.5 mile delivery radius(I am sure one of the employees will eventually read this and not know what the word "radius" means, so if you happen to be that particular employee reading this right now,,, Google it looser ) so unless you live within two thousand feet of the front door,,, it is questionable weather or not you will be in their delivery zone("R A D I U S") or not, and the greater the distance, the more likely the driver will get lost. Absolutely unbelievable service I have had with this place.. by the way, this is the first time I have ever rated a place in my life.

There is nothing wrong with their pizza. Its just like any other Pizza Huts pizza. Service on the other hand is awful, especially for dining in and place is s total dump. We visited tonight and ended up leaving and going somewhere else. We stood for five minutes before we got acknowledged, even though place was literally empty and four clerks were just goofing off. We asked the lady who was going to sit us, Chris, if she could turn TV to sports, news, anything beside a Disney channel they had on. Chris said they are not allowed to touch TVs. We took a glance at this dump with a TV turned on to Disney channel with no one else in a whole place (probably for obvious reasons) and decided to go the competition. Those four workers kept goofing off and didnt seem concerned at all when we told them we going somewhere else. In the past we had a take out pizza from here and it was good, just like any other Pizza Hut, but service has always been poor at best.

This is one of the only dine in Pizza Hut locations in my area. The staff is always pleasant and attentive and the food is always on point. When my cheese breadsticks arrived, they were so burnt they looked like they were made 2 weeks ago and microwaved special for me. My waitress was a total sweetheart, apologized and was very empethetic. When she took them back to the person that made them and explain the situation, "Christine" said VERY LOUDLY "THEYRE NOT BURNT!" And had a super defensive attitude. When I confronted her... her "customer service skills" got worse. Eventually, she apologized for the fact that I heard her.... not because she said it. I wont ever return.

Came here for dine in and the service was crappy. From not being attentive with drinks to forgetting we ordered wings and garlic knots that didnt get to us til we were about ready to leave..upon questioning "wheres the food" she looked confused. My wife called the manager and she said "because it was dine in, I cant help you". I think the pregnant lady who served us was the manager by how many times she asked my wife about the girl when she said the ticket has the name of "jamie". .but she kept asking about the pregnant chick. Smdh...Get it together pizza hut your pizza is to good for me to boycott and this is the 2nd issue with this location! :/

This Pizza Hut is across from my work so we order all the time. Usually it is a fairly big order because its 4-8 people ordering. I have never once had an issue. We place our order online and it is ALWAYS ready at the time we request. Some of the staff is just there to get the job done, some of them will chat for a minute (especially about Pokemon GO). They have never forgotten part of our order, nor does the food taste pre-made. They are even able to accommodate if I call in to change the pick up time. Overall Its a great restaurant. The only reason they lose out on the fifth star is because it is a little bit dirty when you go in the store.

Went In there today.. the girl that was working was on the phone taking another order.. while waiting for her to finish I noticed that she kept putting her thumb in her mouth biting on her nail.. also wiping her nose and eyes.. I was going to ask her to wash her hands before she cut my pizza.. but after she was off the phone I realized my pizza was already boxed.. God only knows what I consumed.. I was also thinking about eating there instead of taking it home.. but, the place reeked of filth.. a stale sour smell.. when I arrived home to eat my pizza I had to re-slice.. pissed poor job.. may have turned me off from pizza-hut for a while.
