Rude and tacky. We were sitting in the Starbucks drive thru thats next to this business and theres a Pizza Hut employee smoking with her foot propping open the rear access door. There are two problems with this when we rolled down our window to order we are bombarded with nasty cigarette smoke and since she was propped the door open Im sure the smoke was filtering into Pizzahut. I know first hand this effects how the food tastes and Im sure its not fair to the other non-smoking employees.

The sevice we received at this location (Neverland Dr) was amazing! JESSICA AND DERRICK went above and beyond in the customer service department! Its not often I go into a pizza place (and I go to them OFTEN ) and ask for names because I am so impressed that the workers are actually friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make picking up a pizza an experience that you truly appreciate. Thanks for doing such a good job!!

We ordered to pan pizzas last night, 7-14-17. They were amazing! Best pizzas weve had from Pizza Hut in a long time. Keep it up! Looked and tasted like they use to a long time ago. Fast, on time delivery and the delivery specialist was really nice and friendly! Thanks!

Ive ordered probably 10 times from this location in the past year. The order has always been correct and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for the pizza to be ready. The staff has always been friendly and professional as well.

The worst service ever! My waited almost 2 hours for my order. I called them 5 times and nobody picked up the phone. I had to cancel my order after waiting for that long and the were not apologetic at all.

Every time I get pizza from here it always arrives either on time or early. Its always hot and fresh and the delivery crew are very nice with smiles on their faces. A very well ran business!
