This is my first review and thought it was necessary! It was a breath of fresh air today to go eat at Qdoba. The food was good and service was great! I decided to give them a try after my horrific visit to the Lakeside location! While I am standing in line ordering my food a worker threw another customers food on top of mine after it had been slid all over the counter already. My meal was uncovered and she threw it on top of mine to ask the other worker to add something else to it from a order ahead of me. It was rude and nasty. So I asked the person making my food to start over and the whole time she eyeballs me and once my food gets to her she would barely add any toppings to my rice bowl. I had to keep asking her to add more because she was skimping. Then she finally told me she couldnt add anymore. I asked to speak with a manager and wouldnt you know it......she was it! Totally unprofessional! I was with others and chose not to make a scene. Then upon returning against my better judgment I received under cooked chicken. The male employee was very nice and rectified the situation. The ONLY reason I went back was due to the same reason I went the first time. I was with others that wanted to go. But under no circumstances will I return to Chipotle at all nor encourage anyone else to go!

I am a man that enjoys the simple pleasures in life. Simple pleasures like a burrito the size of a baby. Because of this I have come to enjoy chipotle. However this chipotle gave me more than a baby sized burrito. They gave me a lesson in life. I arrived at this location, and within less than a minute of ordering a baby sized burrito, I was swaddling the delicacy in my arms. I have never been served anything faster in my life. Its as if the chipotle team knew that life was short, they knew every second was precious, and they werent going to make me waste them waiting for a baby sized burrito when they had the power to give it to me as soon as I ordered it. Quality was not sacrificed in this awesome endeavor. For this legendary burrito was one of the most delicious I ever had. It was perfect in both taste and size, the size being perfectly baby-esque. Chipotle team, I will not waste this precious gift of extra time you have given me. Today I will make sure I dont waste all my time choosing what to watch on Netflix, or staring aimlessly into the fridge trying to decide if Im actually hungry or not. I will never forget what you have done for me.

I went here ttowards 6pm, the place was sort of filled with the line going quickly, when I ordered, everything was fine until I came to the register. The bill was twenty dollars and one cent. I gave a twenty. The cashier got mad, wanting her five hundredths of a percent. So I had to ruin a fine dollar for something that virtually has no value. After I got my food, I went to go to a table. With no exaggeration, all of the avaliable tables, which were around 5, were all very dirty. The food, was way below expectations. The chicken was very cold, sloppy, and with a harder texture than what would pass as okay. As I was eating, acknowledging how bad the experience was so far, decided to be attentive, and to no suprise, there were quite a few employees which were slacking off and not cleaning the previously mentioned tables, nor the spilled mess by the drink dispensers. Overall, this server was very bad and I will continue to stay with the better option, Qdoba.

Every other time Ive been here theyve done a great job, buy today my wife made an online order for me to pickup on my way home from work. I get home and my "double steak bowl" didnt have a single piece of meat in it. She called and the manager politely said we could come back and get replacements or another time. I drove 20 minutes back down there and they make new ones, we get back and half of the "double meat" is really just chunks of fat. I just gave it to my dog, Im not picking up any more of this garbage.

UNSANITARY My friend and I went to this location yesterday to get food. While in line, my friend (Who previously worked at chipotle) noticed and notified me that the guy was cutting chicken without gloves on!! The manager was watching him and didnt say anything. When cutting meat, Im told the workers wear a metal netting cut glove with a plastic glove over it. This fella was touching the food with only the dirty cut glove that does NOT get cleaned until the end of the night. We left immediately.

First off, I was a skeptic. I work at a restaurant and I am weary of these types of places. Let me tell you, great food. And great service. All in all a great 4 star establishment. I just wanna say to this lady who judges so harshly above and or below me (Betheny) HOW DARE YOU judge a book by its cover like that. What if that was your child or niece or older sister working there. Obviously she didnt hate her job, she hated dealing with YOU.

This location takes food allergies serious. They did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable feeding my food allergic child. The person handling my sons order washed his hands, used new gloves, used new utensils, kept the food tray covered to keep from cross contamination down the serving line to the checkout (dairy allergy). Also communicated with the cashier that the order was for a food allergy customer. Thank you so much!

chipotles food is always amazing and tastes very fresh to me. I love everything about the establishment. this time around I was also greeted with an amazingly kind staff. they were so fun and made the stressful job of choosing what to get much easier and enjoyable. I will definitely make the trek out to hall road more often because of this. thank you again, please applaud your staff from Friday, April 15th 2016 around 4 oclock.

The food would have been good if it were hot but I got luke warm tacos. And the food was way overpriced for the quality. The girl at the counter was wearing makeup that made her look like a raccoon and her hair was sticking out from under her hat (gross). She looked like she seriosly hated her job and made no attempt to even pretend to be friendly.

Its hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone making your food who actually gives you the amount youre supposed to get and other times the person making your food goes way too fast and doesnt even pay attention to what theyre putting in the bowl. The last few times Ive been here I was served cold food. Qdoba has way better service and is always hot.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. The food is fresh and organic, $7 is a good deal for the heaping portions they give you!! Everytime I go there it is yummy and all the employees are super nice and willing to make substitutions because I am a vegetarian! Try this place out, it is truly a special restaurant!!!
