The best pizza, but Im upset with the delivery. They delivered to me before when I ordered online, no problem. Ordered again, got a call back saying they dont deliver to where I live. How is that possible, just lost a loyal customer, all because yall scared of being robbed in the projects, how judgemental!!!

I ordered a small chicken pizza with cinnamon bread from this location and it was excellent. I have eaten at other cottage inns around Ann Arbor and East Lansing and I was never impressed. This location, however, has changed my view on the cottage inn chain restaurant. I will definitely be back.

The food was pretty decent, but the delivery took forever. When the food arrived, it wasnt warm. Also, the delivery lady didnt properly greet me and she was on her phone. Overall, Im somewhat satisfied with my order. Please do a little better next time.

Its a great vibe there when you walk in. You are greeted by smiles and the warm embrace of the staff, the really go out of there way for you! I ordered delivery a few times and the driver was always timely and my food was hot.

Everytime i go the food is hot and great but this last time i went today june 3,2016 i was overcharged for my pizza .. Didnt like that at all makes me really not want to ever spend my money there.

Cottage in is the best pizza. I cant tell you how many times I have been there up at Michigan state but every time it was great. So highly recommend making a trip to eat there cheers.
