We ordered food and got our wings and my wife takes a bite and chugs half her Pepsi right off the bat. She said O my God those are hot (mind you she thinks pepper from a Shaker is spicy) I tasted them and it was Caribbean jerk, she ordered Teriyaki we told the waiter he looked puzzled and took them back. He came back a few minutes later and said yeah sorry there was a mix up in the kitchen and they added combined a Jerk sauce with a Teriyaki Sorry, your new wings will be out in a minute. Well 15 mins later they showed up after we were all done eating. She said Ill just take them in a box. He came back dropped them off with the check. So you set my wifes mouth ablaze and we get a "sorry" and she gets to eat the rest of her food in the car? Terrible place to eat. Go to Roosters its right up the road.

Bartender (JD) is wonderful and is by far one of the best I have ever had. My waitress Sarah a blonde headed woman was not by far even a decent server. Drinks were wonderful but service was slow and when it wasnt our waitress was hovering over us not even making conversation just standing there watching us as if we were trying to rob the place I definetly recommend sitting at the bar if u intend on going.

I have ordered my food online for months and the last time I go is the girl tells me I have to have my card and that they have done this for a year now and I processed to tell her that I had just ordered 2 days ago and paied online she still tells me that I can not get my food. I like the food the female manager was the one who wouldn’t even do anything to help me with it.

The service at this bw3 is terrible. Everytime I go there with my family it takes forever to get the food out, and on top of that almost everytime someone with us orders a wrap it comes out wrong. It takes multiple times to fix it. I would suggest driving into Dublin or Delaware to eat at bw3.

Waitress was great and there when we needed. This location always has great food and Ive never had a problem. I usually go here for lunch and they are never crowded. They do a good job of getting you seated, fed, and out the door in my 1/2 hr lunch.

Every time I have come to this location, I have had a problem. Either the service was terrible or my take out order was messed up. I really need to remember to stop giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Highly dissatisfied.

Always a good and quick stop. Good atmosphere but the last few visits the food was so-so and the cost just did not feel like it was worth it. I say hit and miss depending on menu items. BEER IS ALWAYS ICE COLD! That is a plus!

Staff was great! Lunch service was quick and accurate! It was very cold in the restaurant, which I love, but some may not like it. Luckily, my wife and daughter had light jackets in the car.

if you like the sports bar atmosphere its great but if you want a quieter place to eat and chat. you might want to look elsewhere. The food was delicious. Great burgers too and good service.
