Service at this location is hit or miss, sometimes great sometimes terrible. Was there with my family on Sunday 5/19/13. Was not busy -- at least 50% of the tables were open. We were seated in a booth and the kids got crayons and paper menus to draw on. At 15 minutes, no one had come over to our table at all (get a drink order perhaps?). I approached the hostess and told her we werent waited on yet. She went to talk to a server who glanced at us and nodded. Five more minutes of watching him wipe down tables, and we got up and left. About two weeks ago I was at this location with work colleagues. One guy in our party got his order, it was incorrect, and it wasnt corrected until the rest of us were ready to leave. None of us got drink refills while we were sitting there waiting. My family and I are regulars at Oakland County BW3s and typically we go to this location. As far as chains go I like the atmosphere, I like the wings, I like watching games here. I like the beer selection. BW3 has a great recipe -- it is kid-friendly and it serves simple bar food. All of that being said, prices have increased to the point of obscenity, and for premium pricing the service should be top notch. There are a lot of great local non-franchise places that cater to kids *and* have much more reasonable prices.

I have had two terrible experiences at this location. Most recently I visited and was seated in good time, placed my drink order and thats where it went downhill. I ordered off the lunch menu, a Garden salad with chicken and a cup of soup (chili). When my order came out, over 15 min later, I received a nice cup of chili and a salad without any chicken on it. I told the server and he took it to go get it fixed. While he was gone I was going to eat my chili but I was not given a spoon. When my salad came back the lettuce was warm, the chicken was cold, I still didnt get a spoon and had to ask for it. The person I was with never got a drink refill, in fact the waitress never came back to our table until it was time for the bill. When we were telling the floor manager what was wrong he was chuckling at us and that made the entire experience that much worse. I had a punch card that was given to me on my last visit, which was also terrible, but after this time...I threw it away. I will never eat at this location again and maybe never at any location.

Typically I dislike BWW...alot. I always felt that they were overpriced for the quality of food and bev received. Im not certain if they are individually owned and operated but the Lake Orion BWW has a completely different vibe than the others Ive visited (including the original on the OSU campus). The local craft brew selection is fantastic and prices are more than reasonable. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The food seems to be a cut above the other locations. The atmosphere, in summer especially, is excellent with one of the prettiest views in the area from the new patio. All in all a great place to go have a beer and a sandwich while watching a game or hanging outside and enjoying a sunny day.

Our family and friends booked a space to have our nephews 21st birthday surprise party. As the night rolled on we got a little loud and a bull horn came out. The "Fun Governor" (aka the on duty manager) took the horn and cut my nephew off. Ok got it. Then on our way out they decided to "kick us out" and said we and our nephew were not allowed back ever again. Nice way to conduct a bar style environment and wait till they got our money before kicking us out. I feel bad for the server because she lost out on a bunch of tips when we cashed out due to managements actions. Do not ever book a party here if you think it may get a little loud!

We just had our company holiday party there a few nights ago and all had a great time! The service was outstanding even though we had a very large group. They reserved the "game" area for us and we had a great time playing pool and the other video games. The server, "Cowboy Doug" was awesome at handling our drink and food orders and smiled all the time. I was suprised to find out they had several Michigan Craft Beers on tap which was great for me because Im a big beer geek. Great time! I am definitely going to suggest this location for next years holiday party!

If you make a complaint, the whole wait staff gives you the cold shoulder. I used to go there frequently to have a couple of beers and watch the game with my son. The menu is all chicken. It gets old. Found that many other restaurants make even better wings and dont charge you for celery and ranch. This place may have your favorite beer-if your lucky. Otherwise your spending money on a mixed drink that has no bite. After they removed the pool table I just lost interest. Going to Waterford or Rochester or anywhere else. Novelty wore off.

I went here for the Mayweather fight last night and I walked away extremely impressed. 1. Our server Katie was amazing. Probably the best I have had in years. It is refreshing to have a server that actually tries and cares! We had to be there for 4+ hours and she smiled the whole time and never got flustered. Thank you Katie! 2. They were at capacity and we never had to wait for anything. 3. The entire staff was shockingly friendly and polite. Maybe I am just getting used to all rude people in the world...

Ordered take-out on 9/9/14 6:59pm.Was totally ignored by the staff when ordering, one girl taking phone orders the other just standing there. After thirty-five minutes I received my food, the girl then messed up on the reciept and the manager had to come out. five minutes later when he finally shows up he also ignores me, no apologies, how are you doing, nothing! I have never been treated that bad in a restaurant ever. This place used to be good but its going downhill quick.

70 cent night boneless wings now... I used to only go on the sale nights to reduce the heavy blow to the bank for deep fried chicken. Everything is ridiculously over priced, especially the boneless wings. I used to be okay going Thursdays for 60 cent night, but they have slowly been increasing the price every year, and now it is just not worth going anymore. Yes some of the sauces are good, but I just cant fathom the wing prices anymore.

That view tho. Its bdubs so some food is great and some food is just okay. The food is usually warm or just room temperature whenever served, seems to be always a bdubs problem no matter where. Service is average, even when getting a carry out its always after the pack up time. Bdubs isnt bad though, its great for groups or hanging with friends have beer talking watching the tvs. Thats why its famous.

If you order boneless wings with sauce they come mostly dry with a few spots of sauce here and there so you order them wet and they come like they are supposed to come normally and you get charged more for it. Now I just order extra on the side which is free so I can evenly coat them myself because trying to ask them for evenly coated wings gets you either charged extra or an attitude ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
