Had relatives in from out of town and was celebrating moms bday after her quadruple bypass and it, the service, was horrible. The service was lousy, and this isnt the first time weve been.The waitress did not get an entree for my 90 yr old grandmother because she couldnt understand her order. Then she took forever, never came back to check service or drink refills. Jaime or wtvr her name was, the waitress looked like an angry little 13 yr old. We had to wait and wait for another waitress to assist us once. The manager came by One time before this all occurred. Now I realize its Sunday and this is an overpriced sports bar but still seriously do you think you could provide proper service to your patrons and my spinach dip had way too much cream cheese in it, is there a spinach underage and cream cheese overage. Whats going on w this place? Are most people too drunk to care? Apparently. Ty, no ty.

Hostess skipped over us to seat us. We had to bring it to her attention before she realized it. Then our order got lost and it wasnt until 3 other tables we served before us that and we called our waitress over until anyone realized our order was lost. This was after our drinks and apps were delivered. Not surr hoe that happened. Very disappointed. We come here often for games and I brought my family this time bc I thought it would be quick and easy. Not even close. I should also add, I specifically asked for no bread/croutons or any bread products because Im allergic, and was brought I salad with a roll on it. Im appalled. We come here for every football game so Im incredibly disappointed. Just be careful here.

I eat at the Lodge fairly often, Their food is always great and the changes in the back of the house really shows, from the perfectly cooked burgers to the specials and new menu items. Its always a good place for lunch, especially if you dont have a lot of time. Service is always fantastic, and quick. Most other places I go in the area take forever, and I dont have the luxury to take an hour or more lunch break The entire staff is always friendly and quick to take care of drinks, food orders and special requests. If the waitstaff is held up on a big party or a lot of tables, the management always jumps in to help expedite the drinks or food orders.

I eat at The Lodge at least once a week, usually for lunch. I love the great food and friendly staff who are always willing to modify an order to exactly meet your wants. I had lunch there yesterday. Christie B. took care of me and did a FLAWLESS job of serving, anticipating my every need and desire. The Rodeo Burger was fantastic and they always fresh brewed. If you enjoy sports, The Lodge is the place for you. The number of screens is All-in-all The Lodge is one of my absolute favorite places to go.

Server seemed uninterested and not enthusiastic. Every action took longer than par. I ordered Salmon Patty Sliders and got a Salmon sandwich. There were a few mistakes on other plates as well. The food itself, very good. A bit on the high price side. It took us at least two request for every action needed. I dont know if I would ever return but you may have a better experience than us. They were not busy but the server seemed to be inefficient.

The salads are amazing and the turkey burger with cherry bbq sauce? Mmmyum. Outstanding. Ive ordered 4 different times now and everytime was of great quality. The staff has been helpful and the hostess is nice, bartender is quick on his toes, the waitress got the order correct and graciously would get anything else we would have needed. Overall excellent customer service. Only downside is its a little pricey. $$

This is such a family friendly community restaurant. Everyone knows everyone. The staff are friendly and welcoming and efficient. The managers come out and mingle and really give this establishment a well rounded feel. And did I mention the food... its delicious every time and Ive never left a morsel of bread undevoured! I recommend this place to anyone whos looking for good friends, good fun, and good food.

We go there on Sundays for the kids eat free. The food is marginal at best, but the free kids meal and cookies make up for it. However, this will be the LAST time I go there. I ordered the ribs for the first time. They were completely inedible. They were rancid. I wouldnt feed them to a stray dog. The Lodge Cheese sticks. where hardly cooked. The cheese was cool on one side and warm on the other.

Ive completed the "Beer Club" here (about 120 different bottles), so I was an every-other-day regular for a couple months. Ive had most food items on the menu, and theyve all been good, except the fish&chips. Sadly, the fish was consistently overdone (curled up & dry). Staff is always friendly. Beer selection is great (ask for a bottle menu) Food prices are average for a bar, $10-15.

We are loving the new menu and the presentation of the food made us want to order everything we saw coming out of the kitchen! My husband is partial to the burgers and they never disappoint! My salmon was perfectly cooked and we are looking forward to coming back again tomorrow night! Thank you to our fast and efficient server! We made it to our movie on time thanks to you!

Not entirely sure what was going on, but the few employees that gave us the time of day werent happy or friendly at all. The speed of the service was also pretty awful. The drinks were pretty bad, and in my opinion a bit expensive for what they were. The only redeeming quality of our trip was that the food was good.

What a fantastic family friendly establishment! My family was treated like we were part of the Lodge family! We will tell our relatives, friends and business contacts right away. Great water park and HUGE rooms. Definitely not the norm nowadays!!! Thank you Lodge Hotels!

Its your typical sports restaurant: walls covered in large TVs and small ones above the liquor behind the bar. The food is always good, especially the fried fish, and, recently, the prime rib. There is a typical selection of childrens food, too.

We eat at the Lodge fairly regularly. Staff is always on the ball and friendly, especially Dennis. The food is really very good and reasonably priced. Weekly specials are a bonus, Monday buy one, get one. Would always give a highly recommended.

A very well put together restaurant. Burgers are delicious with french fries and ranch. The arcade room entertains little ones while waiting for your food. Also service is fast and friendly. Definitely will be returning soon.

A pretty solid bar and grill. Nothing crazy to see here on the menu, but definite something for everyones taste buds. Standard Americana with cold drinks, friendly staff and nice food. Check out the Friday fish fry.

Waitress, Kailey, seemed new, but was very sweet and attentive. She helped make it a wonderful night for our large group, along with the great beer and food specials. Well be back again.
