Went there once before and our order was incorrect and half of it not put in at all. Waited over an hour for food. Tried it again last night about a year later. Not busy fish and chips night. My husband and 8yo daughter wanted the fish and chips. When we arrived I asked for the 2yos order to go in right away and an order of fish and chips. That I needed to look at the menu. It took 30 minutes for the first two orders and 20 minutes later I get told that what I wanted they didnt have anymore and my daughters fish still hadnt come out! Never checked on is after the first order we needed stuff at the table ( ketchup, water...) when my daughters fish finally came out an hour after we ordered it was not cooked all the way! Lucky she had eaten one piece from her dad, I passed on food because I was just too angry at this point. But what made it worse is that not ONE time did a manager Cometh our table and apologize or try to right the wrong. The poor waitress had to stammer through the excuses of the food not being done. We will never go back again.

It is such a great place to go. We went there the first time to celebrate an 18th birthday and came back again. It was a unique place. The food was delicious. We had the Reuben and the fish and chips. The pretzel and beer dip entree was addictive. We are not beer drinkers ,so we cant speak to that.

I frequent the pub for lunch because it is near my office. They produce several great dishes including: the burgers (they make their own pretzel bun), the Irish burrito, and the pizza. The staff has always been great to me.

My group actually had to send food back. They were nice about it, but the food never should have left the kitchen. The corned beef was gray. It wasnt even a busy night. It may be a while before we go back.
