Hello Angela
If I was able to give 0 stars I would! The place was not busy at all, even though it was right in the middle of lunch hour crazyness everywhere else in town. That should have been my first sign. We asked for a kid cup with a lid for my 3 year when we ordered our drinks. That should be automatic for someone this little but the server was a young guy and they do not always think about it. Our drinks cam out and he brought a glass cup with no lid (the same as what everyone had). Even thought I had asked for a kid cup. So again I said, if he drops this it will cut him, he needs a kid cup, oh okay was his response. We got our soups, salads and the cook had arrived.....still no drink for the little one. I almost wanted to let him make a mess just so the kids could see why little kids do not get cups without a lid but I did not want my son to hurt himself if it broke so I asked for a 3rd time. but this time my glass and my sisters along with the other party were empty or almost empty, I asked for a refill. He came back with just the kid cup. So I asked the pregnant lady and she took both my glass and my sisters, our server is the one who returned (probably because she told him) but only had one water and the other 6 people still had not been refilled. The onther party said they would not come back because they had asked if they could get in and out in an hour seeing they only had 1 and half hour break and they had to still drive back to Scotts but it took us a total of 1 hour and 20 min. they were not pleased. We were not in a rush so that part did not bother us. But if you are in a hurry and want drinks do not come here!!!! On to my last complant, I know this is not a House of Japan, that place is amazing and you have to go to Dublin or Polaris to get there (in hindsight would have been worth the drive) We were given a reagular menu and a lunch special menu. the regular saifd that lunch included soup, salad, fried rice, veggies and noodles was 9.95 (for the chicken dish) but the little card said that lunch included soup, salad, veggies and steamed rice (with the option to pay 2 more for fried) NO noodles for $9 I asked the server if I had to order from the card, he said no it was just a special. I said right off the bat, why is it specail, it cost mosre to get less. He said I could order from the regular menu. While the chief was cooking I saw no noodles being cooked (my sons favorite) and asked when he broght back just the one refill ( I know beating a dead horse) he said I ordered the regular one let me see. and came back (still with out my sisters water!!!) and said they changed the menu yesturday and dont serve noodles at lunch and you have to pay extra for fried rice. Would have been nice to know while order because we would have left and drove to Dublin. Where the prices and cheaper, the food is better, and the portions are larger. This is a lazy mans Japanese Steak house. They put such little effort into this. I will not be back, but hopefully when they go under a better place will buy out a nice building set up and ready for a better place.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! I got the Chicken Fried Rice and the Lobster Rangoon and for $16.90 it should have tasted a WHOLE lot better. The chicken was crunchy/gristly and the Lobster Rangoon had way too much cream cheese in the mixture. For the price I paid for 1 person at lunch time this should have been a lot better and enough for left overs. I am a huge fan of House of Japan, Genji, Pie Wie, etc but this doesnt even come close. I will never eat here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The resturant is very sharp and great to look at. We wanted to try the actual dinner menu items. Not very impressed. Asked what a favorite is and was recommended the plum chicken. Very bland. Even got extra sauce. Did not help. Fried rice was good. One of us got a sushi roll. That was very good. I have yet to try anything off the grills but so far for $100+, for the wife, me and 4 kids, not happy....we have had better at other places for half what we paid here

Great dining experience. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere is the best in Marysville. The wait staff is incredible and made sure I was well taken care of. There is a variety of food to choose from if you dont want to sit at the grill the whole menu is accessible from the dine in side! I take my family all the time and they love it. If you want great food at an unbeatable price this is the best place in Marysville!

it was an overall really good experience. the chef was super friendly and funny and overall the meal was very good. the only recommendation I can make, is I wish they would devein their tempura shrimp. its more of a personal preference but it was a turn off biting in to one and to see a giant vein. I also felt it messed with the taste a bit, but thats more personal preference than anything.

Chefs are fun and the kids enjoys.. keeps them busy while wife and I eat. Place is clean and tidy. Nice modern look compare to the old ones in Columbus/Dublin. Highly recommended too all family and friends.

Came from to Columbus to go out with family. Was hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews. It was amazing. Service was friendly and wonderful. Me and my wife both agreed that it was the best hibachi weve ever had. Ive eaten all over columbus at hibachi places but I honestly would drive to Maysville the next time Im in the mood.

Service was amazing and the food was some of the best Hibachi I have ever had and I have tried them all it seems... Very clean and modern atmosphere. Great lunch and happy hour specials. Went for lunch, was seated quickly and our cook was out soon after our orders were taken. He was new so his show wasnt as good, but it was still enjoyable. The atmosphere is a very nice blend of modern and traditional feel. The food is tasty and well cooked. The prices are acceptable. All in all, a nice place.

Hibachi is prepared with way too much soy sauce...all hibachi dishes taste the same (extremely salty) theres no distinction between the taste of meats/vegetables/rice....it all tastes like soy Sauce......On a positive note the sushi and soups are quite tasty......order off the menu...avoid hibachi grill

Rude, argumentative, and stupid hostess/waitress. Order two kids meals for 7 years olds was charged for adult meals and she wanted to argue about it and tried act like it was my fault. Manager changed to bill to kids, but no apology, no anything. I wont be back
