I saw so many great reviews and thought, "Oh, this looks nice." Well, I was wrong!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Walked in and saw a sign that says pick a seat, okay, well the place was packed people standing everywhere waiting. I snagged the first available table, which still had dirty dishes. Waited forever, and had to wave someone down to get their tips and dirty dishes. She got it and walked off, so we got up and found menus, well 15mins later she comes back we asked about one of the specials on the menu and she informed us that it was no longer, so we asked about another item and again, no longer available. They dont even have a correct/updated menu. So we ordered beer and gauc to begin with, the guac comes out and tasted 3 days old. It was gross, we had to send it back. We got the loaded tots, which were amazing, I will give them that. We ordered 2 burgers, I only finished half because the meat was so dry and flavorless. The chips that came with the burger were under cooked and still raw in the middle. The waitress was running all over breaking glasses and trying to keep up with everyone. The place is way out of order. I feel like the owner must be to cheap to hire another staff member to seat guest and give waiters a chance to do a good job. Unless you like old/ dry tasteless food and horrible service dont go here. It was also very LOUD!! yelling was a must.

Im giving this place 3 stars for poor management. My friends and I reserved a snug 2 months in advance for a specific time and when we got there it was taken. The place was way packed during Restaurant Week in Columbus and severely understaffed. We talked to our waitress several times during the night and she was very apologetic. At one point she said the manager had left and there were only a handful of employees at least one of which had only been there for a week or so. The appetizer platters were good, my wife ordered meatloaf which she said tasted like it came right out of the freezer and we ended up sending it back thankfully without having to pay. The other food we got was pretty good. The beer selection here was great as well as the cocktail selection. Not much of a wine drinker so I didnt even look at that. I would certainly give a higher rating if I felt that they gave a crap about giving our reserved seating away for our group and not doing anything to compensate for it. I also felt that the staffing that night showed a lack of good management.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner in The Loft at Brazenhead. It was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing (people raved about the wings!), our bartender was so friendly and wonderful, they allowed me to bring in my own dessert, and the patio/Loft space was ideal for our party of about 30. We played our own music, and the entire evening felt intimate and very "us." Olivia was wonderful to work with leading up to the dinner, and she always responded to my questions promptly. I thought parking would be a nightmare on a Friday night, but it really wasnt that bad. I highly recommend using The Loft at Brazenhead for a great, unique, private rehearsal dinner space in Grandview!

Will never go back again! My girlfriend and I decided to go here for Valentines Day because we had been wanting to try it. There wasnt much of a crowd at all. Maybe 40 people there, if that. The sign said to seat ourselves so we did in plain view. The menu didnt have much on it at all. We sat there for 25 minutes as servers walked past us. Not one person greeted us or even asked for drinks. When I confronted a worker they gave me horrible attitued. My apologies for it being an inconveinence and expecting them to do their job. Once again, I will never go back there and would not suggest it to anyone else. They only get one star because I cant give zero.

I got the Ruben sandwich it was the only thing good in this place, the server acted like we were inconveniencing her. No greeting, we figured to order everything at once, so we wouldnt have to wait long to eat, there was no following up afterwards. Unless you are a regular there, it is crap service, This is the third restaurant in that area I have been too in the last couple of weeks, it must be that area. It was my first time there and my last time there, probably for all the restaurants in that area. I have had better service at steak n shake. Service at the other restaurants were very similar. I know not to spend my money around there now.

We had a reservation for 10 people but realized at the last minute that we actually had 12, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we all had a seat. We also ended up being there just in time for trivia, which we hadnt planned on but really enjoyed. The food was good, too - no one had any complaints. Our server did a great job too, despite having such a large group. Wed definitely go back again, especially since we won gift certificates from playing trivia!

Great Irish bar located in Grandview. Parking can be a it rough as they only have a tiny lot behind the bar that fills up immediately but the parking lots nearby are fair game in the evening. A truly unique interior makes this feel like a real Irish pub (or at least what an American who hasnt been to Ireland probably thinks and Irish pub is like). Lots of sectioned off areas let you feel like youre tucked away in your own little world.

Honestly..I never post reviews but this place had horrible service. I dont know if they were short staffed last Saturday but it literally took forever to get drinks. We were confused as to where and with who we could order and the staff were honestly not friendly. I took a week to cool down from the experience and Im still annoyed and pretty sure were not going back. The chips were delicious but yeah..still not worth that hassle.

Service is great here and the food is pretty solid. Ive tried lots of what they offer and the burgers are the way to go. Food prices arent bad but you will get killed on the bill if you have more than a couple beers. Their happy hour specials are a little weak but burger night is awesome! Expect a wait on Wednesday. We occasionally come in here for trivia and dont have a problem finding a table.

I absolutely love Brazenhead! Its definitely one of my favorite places in all of Columbus! It is the coolest building ever; the outside is covered in ivy and has a beautifully landscaped patio, and the inside is what Id imagine a pub in Dublin would look like. The service has always been friendly, and the burgers are absolutely delicious! Great, great place.

This is by far my favorite bar/restaurant in Columbus. Its simple, its beautiful, and the people (both the crowd and the staff) are always lively and polite. The food is great - and more importantly - affordable. They have cool deals and events going almost every day of the week. Id recommend coming later in the evening, as thats when this place really shines.
