My girls and I attended this restaurant for my bachelorette party and we could not be more pleased with the service. First off the restaurant is so beautiful and the details inside make it very elegant. We were greated right away and were checked on frequently throughout the night by the manager. The service was so wonderful and friendly, and the drinks were AMAZING as well as the food! They even offered to take a group photo of us and took us to a side room where there was a beautiful background. Thank you guys for the best dinner, you truly made my party wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thanks!!!

Considering the amount of clientele this restaurant receives Id assume they would have better food. I ordered the lamb gnocchi and as mentioned by the person below me it was quite bland and overpriced as well as small portioned. I will say most of the staff were quite friendly and attentive. I was tempted to get a drink until I saw the bartender pouring into a very dirty cocktail glass. Im not sure if it was the lighting or what that she couldnt see but it was filthy. Save yourself the time and money, get something in little Italy instead.

Went there to eat before an event at the Playhouse Square. I ate the four cheese pasta dish. Within about a half hour to an hour after eating this dish, I was in the bathroom puking and having diarrhea at the same time. This took away from my enjoyment of the concert. Im not sure if it is food poisoning or something else, but the food was def contaminated. I am sure it was because I was puking tomatoes and all the stuff that was in the dish.

While most people eat here for proximity to Playhouse Square theaters (and you could not be closer) this restaurant offers broad menu choices at competitive prices, very accommodating hours, very good wine selection and pricing, and above average service. The setting is dramatic to say the least and the views onto Euclid entertaining. Always pleased with a wide range of dishes from their menu and dessert selection.

Went in as as soon as we sat down thew waitress told us they are busy with a lot of reservations so we needed to order as soon as possible to avoid the rush Really. Service was slow and poor and the food was not very good. Chicken parm was hard and the pasta was barely warm. Most of the food was bland tasting. Its to bad because its a beautiful place in a great location.

This is a lovely restaurant in all ways. The environment is pretty and the atmosphere is relaxed. The food is always interesting and good and the servers are attentive without being hovering. If you are going to an event in Playhouse Square, go have dinner there first - make a reservation. Or, just go downtown and have dinner!

I cant recommend a place that has poor management and customer service. I was treated like I didnt exist. I of course left the restaurant and I plan to not return again. I cant comment the food because I was never offered a table even though I was the first person to walk in when they opened, and even spoke directly to the host.

Atmosphere was very nice and our waitress was great. I ordered scallops, which were delicious, but I did get food poisoning from them and was very, very sick for two days afterwards. The risotto was very bland and did not have a very good taste. My boyfriend ordered chicken Parmesan. He advised it was good but a bit dry.

Love, Love, Love this place! cool ambiance, excellent food and drinks...they have a cravable duck confit and the salads are great..everyone loved their food. the staff are so accommodating...we could not get reservations so we decided to sit at the bar and the host found us a table anyway! highly recommend Cibreo!!

The food was ok, not outstanding, and the service left much to be expected. Water went empty for a half hour, we were never asked if we wanted a second drink, I requested marinara (it was bland anyhow) with my calamari and the calamari was cold before I received it. Wont be back when we dropped $120.

My wife and I sat at the bar, we had the pleasure of having Walter as our Bartender, his vast knowledge of the food, and drinks was unbelievable, we enjoyed the food, drinks, and service. We our regulars downtown Cleveland, and now we have a new favorite.

Beautiful decor. Good food, however, highly overpriced for what you get. Small serving of tortellini with no meat involved, $21.95. Salad extra. Bread given at table mediocre. Oil, butter, pesto dipping for bread - bland. Alcohol overpriced. I wont be back.

Staff was very nice, put together a take out order for me on the fly so we could get back to the theater before intermission was over. Meatball and garlic bread were excellent. Beautiful decor! Not inexpensive. Bring $$$$

Beautiful place, the service is reasonable, but the food is nothing special for the lobster, the taste is not what i expected. Would come back to taste a different dish.
