Very disappointed last evening. As usual, we made our semi-annual visit last evening, October 19, 2013, at 4:00PM. My wife ordered a short pasta dish. I ordered thin spaghetti and meatballs. I noticed when my server Cassandra put it in front of me, that the pasta looked all broken up. I asked for a large spoon as I like to twirl my spaghetti. Well I soon found I didnt need a spoon to twirl the spaghetti as the pasta was nothing but a pile of broken spaghetti. I brought it to her attention and she very politely asked if I wanted a replacement. I said yes, as to me that is not what spaghetti should be. I received the replacement and it was the very same way. Iam Italian by descent, and I know my pasta. The pasta was so broken up that I used a spoon instead of a fork. Something obviously was wrong. I feel for some reason their pasta got broken up. But they should have never served it that way. To send the second plate the same way, to me is like trying to say I wont know the difference. The manager was informed, as I saw my server show him. Did he come up to us? No, he didnt. I will once again order that same dish on my next visit. I happen to like it. But this time if it comes back all broken like a pile of mush, I will send it back and order something else. We will have to see.

I actually loved my experience dining here on Easter. The building wasnt all that crowded, our sever was friendly and semi-prompt and the food was fabulous. I ordered "Grilled Salmon" off of the lighter fare menu which seemed like a safer option rather than selecting from the regular menu. Im not going to lie, Ive read that the nutritional values of many menu items are very indulgent, which scared me. Picking the grilled salmon wasnt a mistake, it was in fact, the best tasting salmon I have had in a long time. It came garnished with roasted red peppers, grilled asparagus, tomatoes, Feta, sweet potatoes, pesto vinaigrette, spinach, balsamic glaze. All ingredients of which, tasted fresh, flavorful and complimentary to my dish. I loved the variety of unique dishes to choose from on the menu. It was a pleasant surprise given that Bravo! is an otherwise, chain establishment. I would absolutely return in the future, Bravo! is a very unique culinary experience for a town like Mentor and a must visit. Prices are moderately high at $14.99-28.99 per dish give or take.

I enjoyed my experience at Bravo. Tyler was a fabulous waiter. He made sure we had drinks filled, enough bread for us to indulge on, and very knowledgeable of the menu. He was very helpful in describing different dishes and drinks. My only complaint is the prices. I think theyre a tad high for the meals we received. I had a chicken caprese dish, a margarita, and a side salad. The chicken was okay, a little salty. Margarita was delicious and the side salad was not worth the $4.25 extra. Probably not really a place a college student should dine at, but it is a classier restaurant than most in the area.

To the guy below me: First in regards to the tea.. he drank 3 full glasses before spilling the 4th on his white jeans. Secondly, he failed to mention the calamari appitizer he ate all by himself(meant for 4-6) ppl. I was the guy w the dirty plate sitting next to him, my dinner was unenjoyable due to him complaining about the wait. When he wasnt complaining about the service he was referring to himself as "alpha" and that he was going to "clean up" on spring break(even though he looked 25) Also, his hair looked like broccoli

Had lunch yesterday for my daughters birthday. Waiting to be seated we had to stand at the hostess desk while two employees, the hostess and a waitress, literally turned their backs to us and whispered to each other for more than a minute. Then when they turned around the waitress says, "I dont care Ill take them.". We were very uncomfortable. If you want to describe the restaurant as "upscale" start with the staff.

Bravo Brunch! I can take or leave Lunch and/or Dinner at Bravo, but nothings better in all of Mentor, OH for Brunch than Bravo. And now twice as good, its available both Saturday and Sundays, 11am to 3pm. I go as often as I can find someone to join me. When they are on, its spot on and the occasional times there has been an issue, they swiftly correct the issue.

Took us 45 minutes to get our food for a party of 3, place was half full when we were there, they ran out of tea lol, overall poor service, overheard the table next to us and the guy had to send his food back because his plate was dirty. That being said, the chicken was pretty good but overpriced. Wouldnt go back on my own expense.

I had made reservations. When we got there they never put our reservation down but the place was dead for a 6:30 Friday night so they were able to get us in. Both of our dishes had no flavor and my veggies were burnt. Our server never came to check on us or fill our drinks. We will not be back.

Its like a dinner experience in Italy. Great, attentive service and a menu that will keep you returning to explore. The wood-fired grille makes rustic Italian dishes something special. We love this place and consider it a destination for special dinner celebration.

My husband and I like to sit in the bar and order salads and usually a glass of red wine. My favorite is the salmon salad and my husband goes for the chicken. We are never disappointed and enjoy the more casual atmosphere. The salads are always fresh and filling.

11.99 dollar salad very small, good service, nice place, nice decor, they need to research price vs value. compared to cheese cake factory or other similar restaurants. hate to complain about a frequented spot. hopefully they read and improve.

Location aesthetics are okay, Staff was friendly and the food was pretty good ... though it took forever to receive. To be fair we arrived a couple of hours before closing, with a party of 8, but still it took a long time to get our food.

Brought my 92 year old mom and she wasnt happy with her dinner but the server and Manger went out of their way to make sure she was satisfied. A big thank you to both of them for the great customer service which is rare nowadays.

its a very nice place, priced a little high for the amount of food, waiters and waitresses are nice, I walked in with a sleeveless shirt and I wasnt treated differently but I felt I was under dressed. that why I gave it a two

Lunch service is too slow for my lunch hour. The food is usually good but I will not go back because it takes too long to get my lunch. I wouldnt call some of the servers very friendly either. Hostesses are friendly, though.

Very good establishment. Seems upscale but theyll take you even if youre a bit underwhelming like I was on my first visit. The food is great and the service is exceptional. You will not go wrong here. Bring an appetite.

We had dinner at Bravo tonight and were so disappointed. The portions were small. The spaghetti sauce was so salty it was almost inedible and the bill for 3 came to $100. Definitely not our idea of a good value!
