This was one of the most unprofessional places I have ever ate in my life! They take your order over the phone and you talk to 3 to 4 people before your order is taken. They scream and holler in your ear over the phone. Ordered chicken egg foo young and got not one piece of chicken in any of it. Ordered seafood delight and all the seafood is imitation. The customer service after taking the food back was even worse than over the phone. Never again will I spend my money in a place where if I dont want my food I cant get my money back.

The first time I tried them I was amazed. The food was delivered fast and not only was it good but it was a lot more than i was used to getting. However the 2nd time it took over an hour to be delivered and the food was horrible. When I went to the store for a refund at first they told me no refunds and I could wait for a manager. After I waited maybe 10 mins they said they didnt know what time he was gonna come back so they jus gave me some fresh food and a free pop. Going to try them again because they say third time is the charm.

We just ordered $30 worth of food and hour ago and while the service was prompt and delivery fast the food itself was unbelievably awful. Fried rice has a terrible taste. The beef fried rice was just as unappealing both visually and in taste. Not sure how this place is even open but we will never order from them again!!!! Absolutely Terrible and the worst Chinese food Ive had in music entire life.

Just ate here yesterday. It def has msg, the food was cooked on a dirty pan. It was burnt w black flecks in it. I ended up having the worst migraine. The only decent thing are the veggie egg rolls. Beware, that you will have to pay for sauce. Service sucks and they are not friendly at all. Worst Chinese food place EVER!

I have always Liked this restaurant... I have been a customer since they came under new management a little less than a year ago and i have had very few problems with them. They are the best in the neighborhood unlike the other option on E 118th I sincerely hope the other reviewer did not get them mixed up.

This is the worst customer service we have ever had! The food was disgusting and rotten. The person who I told this to hung up on me 3 times. No receipt- gave a tip to the driver he hung up on me too- no customer service. Do not give this place ur money under any circumstances. Racist and undeserving.

Weve ordered from here 3 times and each time it has taken an hour for delivery. Last time we ordered we called after waiting 1.5hrs and was told it would be 10 more minutes, which is the exact time it takes to drive from thier location to us. Of course our food was cold upon delivery.

Inside the building is nasty and the food they rice and orange chicken was burnt rice wasnt done and the egg foo young just nasty I wouldnt feed it to my dog now that tell you that this is bad just nasty.they wouldnt give me a new order or give me my money back
