Ate here for the first time on a non-busy Saturday afternoon. Decor was nice and the place was clean and well kept, and I was told they just did some renovations. It does get loud though. With only about 6 people in the place a fairly boisterous table of six came in and completely overwhelmed the space with their conversation. Some sort of sound dampening on the ceiling could really help, but hey, its a bar. Ordered a burger with the default toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion) To see how it stood on its own. The burgers are big (½lb, per the menu) and the beef wasnt overpowered by seasoning. Fries were fresh and tasty. Full bar, beer taps are the basic domestics, and they have a bottle/can selection that I didnt take a look at. Will definitely be going back.

I work here so I feel like Im cheating here but Im sick of Google asking me to rate it every time I come here..... I would like to point out that I was a patron before I was an employee. So here goes... The owners are lovely, lovely people. It truly is a mom and pop shop. Family owned and run. The food is good, honest fare. Nothing spectacular or pretentious. Reasonably priced just like the extensive beer and liquor selection. Pop in for lunch or dinner or book (for free) an event here. Then tell me if Im wrong about the place.....

Its my local bar, and Im satisfied. The drinks are cold and the food is tasty enough. Classic bar/pub food. I once ordered a soup and it was kind of cold, just not heated thoroughly. But, I bet if Id had the nerve to say anything about it, theyd have warmed it up for me.

Nice neighbor bar. Staff is friendly and they have good food. Our group goes there on Sunday evenings after band rehearsal. We like their chili and burgers. I dont drink beer so I have to settle for some non name brand cola (not too great).
