I went in last Friday just to get my growler filled. I called ahead to make sure they had the beer I was looking to get. They did and I was told it was $15 for a refill. I get there 5 minutes later. I was ignored by the bar staff for about 5 minutes, but Im ok because they were a little busy. The guy finally comes over and asks if I need help like Im ruining his day. Tell him what I want and he says that he doesnt know if he can do that. I said I just called and he said he needed to go ask. He comes back and says he can so he takes my growler and card. He returns 5 minutes later and puts my receipt and the growler down and walks away. He overcharged me by about $10 for some reason. I decided to just walk because I was already running late and didnt know when Id see him again. I get out to the car fairly annoyed at this point only to notice he didnt even fill it all the way. There was a ton of foam come from under the lid. Just terrible. Over charged and under filled. Total letdown. Makes me not want to return to even try the food and service.

Date night with my wife to Dingle House to eat for the first time, wed been there before for drinks but never to eat so thought wed give it a try. Turned out to be a bad idea! I had open faced meatloaf sandwich that was dried out and crusty and was on a stale piece of bread. I asked for extra sauce so that I could eat it and was then charged extra for it (very TACKY!). Even the potato wedges were poorly made (undercooked and soggy). My wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken and asparagus, etc. She was not happy with it since it ended up mainly lettuce and few other ingredients. Service was also below average....Had a beer that I polished off before the meal arrived and she never offered to bring another. Water glasses also remained empty after finishing it another thing that servers should be trained to notice. In the end was glad to leave and have after dinner drinks at another establishment

Decore is great. I know the place can get a bit crowded and loud on the weekends, in the evenings, but anytime before 8PM, its fine. Lots of TVs around for sports fans; waiters and waitresses prompt and courteous, for the most part. Food and beverages. Drinks are fine, variety of beers, and liquor that you can order. Food leaves something to be desired. Do NOT order the Prime Rib sandwich. Why you would serve it on buttered white toast is beyond me. Mine fell apart, coated in grease, with mostly fat inside as the prime rib. If the only thing I wanted to eat was the lettuce, I would of ordered a salad. Waitress didnt even bat an eye when I told her to take my food away with the sandwich left (wedge fries were good though). Go here to drink, hang out, and eat appetizers. Anything like a real meal, go elsewhere. Even Applebees. Or McDonalds down the street.

I have been here several times, its one of my boyfriends go to spots. The service is horrible, it takes 10 minutes to even acknowledge you when you first sit down, and then when it is time to get the check they take forever to drop it off. The servers are very nice though. The food on the other-hand arrives promptly after ordering it, and it is always delicious. I order the fish and chips every time, and my boyfriend changes it up. I always steal a bite of his though and its very good. Good beer and booze selection. Covered patio for smoking or dining outside. Id recommend if you dont mind the wait.

All the bartenders are super friendly. Lots of different beers on tap. My only beef is that when the kitchen closes there is absolutely nothing to eat in that place. Im not implying they should have a full kitchen open all night long. But surely there are some snacks that they could offer so that you could continue drinking... Pretzels, chips, something. They probably would have made more money off of me if I didnt have to go someplace else to find something to eat (I had worked all evening and wanted a drink and I hadnt had dinner due to work).

My wife and I have visited the Dingle House twice now. We enjoyed the pretzel bites and beer cheese. Ive had the Blarney Burger and the Bourbon Burger and enjoyed both. My wife had the Pesto Chicken Sandwich both times and really enjoyed the pretzel bun and the chicken. They have a nice selection of Irish Whiskey and beers. They also offer growler refills and purchases. The pub is decorated with lots of stone work which adds to the Irish Pub feel. Will definitely be going back.

Kennith must have went there on a "one in a million" kind of night. The service varies between really bad, and non-existent. On the upside, they have the best fish and chips I have ever eaten including the stuff I ate in England. They also have COLD Guinness unlike the Claddagh in Newport. The manager was actually pretty good to us. She gave us a voucher to come back another time. Maybe there was new management just getting started and its better now.

Currently at the bar, sitting outside at 12-1230 ish on a Tuesday night. There are about 20 people in the bar and (what we assume is) the manager, wearing a red polo and not giving a friendly smile to anyone is pushing everyone out of the establishment. Very rude and abrasive. This is a place my coworkers and I like to go to have a beer and spend money after a hard service, although we may have to rethink that in the future.

Ive been here 3 times and have always had a good experience. Can be crowded on weekend nights. Nice atmosphere and decor with stone and dim lighting, kind of like being in an irish country home or a comfortable cellar. Above avg beer selection on tap. Many flat screens abound, but not too loud. All of the sandwiches Ive tried were excellent. In fact, ill new there again tonight.

Slightly inconsistent food but the staff is great and the tap selection is outstanding. Great Sunday football specials with Sunday Ticket. The food is often very good, but I think it depends whos cooking. They have a shockingly good rewards program. Get their card if you live nearby. The inside of the building is definitely pleasing to the eye with the stone and dark wood.

Ive been coming to Dingle House since they opened. Great food, and awesome service from a very friendly staff. This place has a huge beer selection which is pretty common these days, but what sets them apart is their knowledge about their beers. Theyll ask you what you like and recommend something for you that youre sure to love. Cant recommend this place enough!
